Super convenient location for me. I love thrifting. This is a nice goodwill, they have a nice selection of stuff, and the started organizing by size! Thank goodness! Still a little overpriced in my opinion.

I just found a men's undershirt used 3.99. a pack of 6 new at Walmart 12.00. this is getting out of hand. it has nothing to do with anything but GREED. employees pay is not more substantial. it has everything to do with people upselling and they want there cut. stop shopping here prices come down. We have found things with original tags for less than they are selling. Just disgusting. read more

What amazing ladies they have employed at this Goodwill. They're truly caring and genuine people, some of the friendliest anywhere. That sure feels rare these days. Makes me wonder if the friendliest folks in the "Big Friendly" (OKC) resettled in quaint neighboring towns like Guthrie years ago. (We are too often left scratching our heads at that nickname since moving to OKC). Visit towns like Guthrie, El Reno, even bedroom communities like Mustang and Yukon and you will find the nicest people. Anyhow, I digress a bit, but there are some real gems working here and their friendly, happy, helpful attitudes really made my family's day. Plus the store is super clean and organized, merchandise immaculate. No junk, or unnecessary clutter here. And they are always restocking with great, clean items and keeping things in their proper place. Kudos! Keep up the great work. read more

I love thrifting! However usually when you visit thrift stores they aren't always the cleanest and most organized. That isn't the case for this goodwill location. There is a massive parking lot and it's a newer building. I was greeted the second i walked in and was blown away how clean and organized the entire store was. Everything was neatly organized by color even the shoes! One section i was really blown away by was their kid toys. They were all clean and neatly organized i feel like this category always gets missed and the toys are crammed together in a pile. Their kids clothes were also so neat! I found a brand new with tags kids north face zip up. There weren't tons of items in cases by the registers like most locations. I just felt like if you had the time to look through items it would be easy here because everything is so nice and neat here. read more

So they have this "mask required " rule to shop but it's not enforced. Just saw a family/group of grownups without a mask or hanging on their chins. Even some of the workers was wearing their mask below the nose. If your going to have a rule, enforce it please for the protection of the rest of us. read more

Great clothes that are always clean and very good quality. The store is very organized and very easy to look through. They always have new stuff in and are constantly putting new items on the racks! 10/10 read more

History

Established in 1936.

Goodwill's mission is clear. We help people overcome challenges to employment. The revenue from your donations goes back into the central Oklahoma community by providing jobs and resources to transform lives through the power of work. Goodwill was founded in Oklahoma City in 1936 principally through the advocacy of a female journalist named Edith Johnson. She was a powerhouse for positive change in the community. When Publisher E.K. Gaylord heard about the operating philosophy of Goodwill Industries, he asked journalist Edith Johnson to visit several Goodwill operating sites around the country. She traveled to Missouri and Ohio before returning to Oklahoma to recommend the organization of Oklahoma Goodwill Industries, Inc. in 1936.
