She wanted to be brought back home to Louisiana from San Diego, California. Rev. McFarland is no stranger to my family, he also cared for my grandmother in 2007 when she desired the same wish. With his expertise and care it took the weight off of me while he worked diligently with the out of state mortuary to ensure that everything happened in a timely fashion. I appreciate that so much. I also appreciate the communication that was provided when her stone was received in. He was diligent with sending photos even though I was over 3,000 miles away. The loving care that he provided to our family is something that will hold dear in my heart for the rest of my life. THANK YOU MCFARLAND FUNERAL HOME for your service. It was GREATLY APPRECIATED. Yet again, we are extremely disappointed with this trash company. We have been customers for years…read moreand finally canceled our service on April 7 after dealing with ongoing issues for a long time. Over 60 days later, we received a call while we were not home stating that someone would be entering our yard to pick up the trash can, and we were basically given no other option regarding the pickup. What is most frustrating is that this was also the FIRST time we were ever informed that our $82 deposit would supposedly not be refunded once the trash can was picked up. This policy was never explained when we started service, during our years as customers, or even when we canceled our account. Since the trash can was being returned to the company, we were under the impression that our deposit would be refunded. Instead, after months of no communication since canceling, we are now being told they intend to keep the deposit. Unfortunately, this is only one of many issues we have experienced with this company over the years. There were multiple occasions where pickup days were missed completely with little to no communication. We often had to call ourselves just to figure out when or if our trash would actually be picked up. Communication from customer service has consistently been poor, and when we did reach out with concerns, the responses were often rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. Another ongoing issue was the way our trash can was handled. There were many times it was thrown into our driveway carelessly instead of being placed back properly. As paying customers, we expected a basic level of professionalism and respect for our property, and unfortunately that was rarely shown. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, consistency, and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially after being loyal customers for years. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company make sure EVERY policy is clearly explained and provided in writing beforehand, because important information was never disclosed to us until after the fact.

I usually put my can out on Wednesday night but I just had surgery and didn't get it put out until 8:30 Thursday morning because they usually don't pick up until sometime after noon. This time they picked up at 8:18. Their pick up times are unpredictable, if they even show up ! I asked since they have failed to pick my trash up on several occasions, even though they got paid if they could come get it, and was told NO ! They're always having service issues with their trucks, That's the excuse we get anyway. I would never use or recommend this "TRASH" company to anyone ! I just canceled my service, good riddance to this unprofessional and un reliable so callled service!

It appeared to me they had been cut off. I called the manager was not in and they weren't sure she would be in that day. I requested she call me but she never did. So, I took the suit by a few days later and her excuse for not calling was she didn't know what the suit looked like. Her reply was they are not responsible, because she has seen this happen to new suit. Yes, I've had it several years. She was to check at my request to see if they possibly got the rhinestones bands out of the cleaning machine. She was to get back with me to let me know and I have yet to hear from her. I got the impression when I talked to her that she could care less about the problem or me. The customer service is bad in my opinion. Oh, by the way it was the store on North 18th Street in Monroe. They won't have my business anymore because of her attitude. I took four suit on that visit.
