This company is awful. First I took a bracelet in to have the catch repaired. After they had it…read morefor a week, I called to check the status. They said it would be ready in a couple of hours. So I went 3 hours later only to be told that it was not ready and the repair person was out to lunch. So I waited. He came back and I got my repaired bracelet and assumed this was a fluke. A month later I went in to have a ring sized and some diamonds set in a new ring. After 10 days (on a Friday mid-day) I called to check the status and they said the ring re-size would be ready at 5:00pm, and they were still working on the second ring. I didn't make it there until the following Tuesday. They could not find my ring and the repairman was out getting his hair cut. I told them I couldn't believe they couldn't find my ring and they texted the repairman. They said they didn't know when he would be back so I chose to wait a few minutes. I continued to tell them how unprofessional they were as a business. Soon after, I saw the clerk speaking with a man in an office (the owner/manager I guessed). The clerk came out to me and handed my ring and diamonds saying he hadn't gotten around to them. They had never even started on either project. DO NOT patronize this business. But getting down to business I was purchasing some stones for a Caerleon (Bezel) Demeter ring that I had bought as a Christmas present for my wife. I bought 5 of them and some had to be ordered and that was understandable the lady that waited on me was named "Wildflower" and she was terrific! Wildflower was even took the time to chat with my wife on the phone to ensure that she got the correct stones for her ring. Great people and great service and great prices!! It was worth the 200 mile round trip.
