They had English for standard menus (not for daily specials, but that's what Google Translate is for). The food was good and the prices were quite reasonable. The location, view and atmosphere were fantastic. But the highlight was our wonderful young waitress who spoke excellent English. During a busy time it seemed all the tables were hers. Yet she provided top notch service, was very quick to cleanup an accidental spill we made, gave good recommendations and never seemed to lose energy. Not overbearing, but never disappeared from view.
