Would no longer return my texts and when I'd call he'd end the call. I text about a week later asking him to confirm this with the OWNER and I got a response from a Jason, who asked if I had documentation for me service dog, which I provided. After several hours with me texting multiple messages of the documentation asking if it would suffice I received no response. I had my daughter call from her phone and low & behold they answered! The new lady Audria agreed to help get my documents signed today but failed to provide them to the notary and therefore we could not sign today. I'm extremely frustrated as they are doing this purposely at my expense. Now I am at risk of losing my transaction on my dream home.
