So we all decided to board them with our veterinarian for the week we were gone. I am ashamed that I have not posted this earlier and think of all the harm that has happened to other pets boarded there but my neighbor didn't follow through with the complaint to the veterinarian board. I asked for the pictures and her paperwork but she lost them. Back to what happened was their Dog Princess was a large dog and she must have been put in a little cage because on our return she had holes the size of a half dollar in both of her front elbows and at least 2 inches deep. That poor baby had been put in a cage that she couldn't stand up in and must have been on her elbows for the entire week. The knew they were wrong and didn't even make them pay for the week of boarding but didn't volunteer an explanation or to take care of her now with these two gaping sores. Needless to say we never took our dogs back to them and requested our files on our babies and they never went back either. This veterinarian shouldn't have a license to care for any animals. When they asked why I requested my files the only thing I could say is remember Princess and what you did to that poor baby. I wouldn't suggest your care to my worst enemy.

Our cat was taken there for a simple neurtering procedure and he DID NOT come home alive. They said our cat was fine and moving when they put him in the cage, but the he "suddenly" stopped breathing. When we went to retrieve our cat he was in a bag zip tied closed, absolutely no regards that he was a beloved family member.

He ended up getting a massive infection. After we treated that with antibiotics his leg healed with a worse fracture from being broken again at the vet. My kitten is ok now, but I don't think this vet is very sanitary. I watched him stick a thermometer into the kitten's rectum and then toss it back into a jar without cleaning it. We also spotted fleas after going there. We didn't have them before. Luckily, they went away after one treatment. Also the vet was handling the cat with blood on his bare hands. When the kittens infection was so bad it burst we had to take him to an emergency vet. That cost about $2,000.00.

I had a 17 year-old cat that had to be euthanized in 2011 and an 18 year-old cat who needed the same last week. In both cases he was kind and patient while I agonized over the final decision. He always replied promptly and was willing to discuss at length all options, not to mention putting up with my indecisiveness. While staff come and go I can never recall any of them who were not friendly or insincere about their love for animals.

They come out to you at your car and bring you in one by one. But when they explained they have a no fear policy, they try to keep it as peaceful as possible so the dogs don't get scared. I actually love that. My dog is a giant BABY, not in age, but he gets very scared. Dr.Campbell was amazing with him! He would not stop barking (loudly) but he didn't lose his patience and was kind and got on the ground to pet him. They brought in some dog toys and tried all they could to make him comfortable. Working here was one of the most toxic experiences I've had. The practice manager and owner created…read morean environment where employees felt undervalued, overworked, and manipulated. In my experience, there was a strong focus on the financial side of the business while employee well-being and morale seemed to be an afterthought. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of professionalism. I frequently witnessed and endured management speaking negatively about employees to other employees, as well as showing confidential information on her computer, cell phone, and in person. which created an atmosphere of distrust and anxiety. Instead of fostering teamwork, it felt like people were constantly worried about becoming the next topic of conversation. The workload was excessive, expectations were unrealistic, and many employees were pushed to the point of burnout. During my time there, the practice lost nearly its entire staff within about a month. Rather than addressing the underlying issues, management appeared to simply "refresh" the staff with new hires. Unfortunately, I saw some of those new employees questioning whether they wanted to stay within their first week. Every workplace has challenges, but a high turnover rate and consistently low morale should be taken seriously. I hope leadership takes an honest look at the work environment and makes meaningful changes, because the employees and patients deserve better. The practice manager also frequently made demeaning and insulting comments about employees and former coworkers. I witnessed her ridicule a former doctor by mocking the way he excitedly flailed his arms after recognizing a mutual client his father knew. She then insinuated that his behavior meant he was autistic, using the term in a derogatory way. Regardless of the doctor's background or personality, mocking someone's mannerisms and using a developmental condition as the basis for a joke was unprofessional, disrespectful, and contributed to an unhealthy workplace culture. Another concern I had was the strong emphasis placed on recommending dental procedures. It often felt as though dentistry was viewed as the practice's primary source of revenue, and I frequently saw pet owners encouraged to schedule dental procedures that, in my opinion and based on what I observed, were not always clearly medically necessary. This created the impression that financial considerations were sometimes prioritized over individualized patient care, which made me uncomfortable as both an employee and an advocate for my patients.

I was never given a call ahead for issues and had to call 7 hrs later because of not hearing anything for what was suppose to be 2-3 hrs. Afterwards, they told me sorry about that, charged me anyways and the owner proceeded to tell my wife that she was rude for being irate even though our pet could have easily died due to the groomer not bothering to read the file. Find another place.
