If anyone knows Farmer's Dog is not cheap and considering that I have 2 dogs, I pay a little over $200 a month for their food. Well, one of my dogs is ONLY supposed to get 1/4 of the food from their packet. I provided the boarding with 1 1/2 packets of that dog food, meaning that I should have at least had a whole packet of food left. When I picked up my dogs, the container I store the food in was completely empty. Then I was asked if I was supposed to have food left and I said yes. They looked in the freezer and the food was completely gone. I was told that "at least they were fed good." That's not the point! Their food is portioned and I received their food by mail once a month! So now you're messing up my portions because you can't PAY ATTENTION!!! I was livid to say the least because it's not hard to pay attention to the packaging with the portions! AND when I drop them off I get asked how much food they are fed!!! Your staff need to do better in paying attention to food portions given to people's animals when provided. You're wasting my money and my dog's food by disregarding instructions.

A tech walked in with the estimate for the procedure, and when I had questions it was the tech who answered them, not the veterinarian. I felt a little lost because they quoted 2 prices, one of which was $619 and the other was $756 for a basic neuter! They then told me I needed to schedule the surgery and basically shoved me out the door. I called around to other vet hospitals and they said the neuter would only cost $150 to $250 with everything included! Needless to say I canceled the neutering with this practice. I would not suggest going here, they are overpriced, to say the least, and did not make me feel welcome.
