Nice facility. I've come here a few times when visiting relatives in the area. They have several cardio pieces, an adequate strength and conditioning area, an indoor track, and a basketball court. My last visit was in August '17 and I forgot this place was well air conditioned which makes it very comfortable when working out. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the patrons are friendly too. Where I come from people don't talk to each other a lot when working out, especially to new people. But this place seem to be a social gathering place too. I'm sure I will be back when in the area. read more
