There is a massive red flag regarding how this business operates: She does not require you to be…read morepresent during the rituals she performs. You simply provide your personal information and then wait.If you're familiar with these kinds of spiritual practices, you may understand why that raised serious questions for me. I never saw the altars or anything that would allow me to understand what was actually being done behind closed doors. Other than a single table with a couple of stones, I didn't see anything that I expected based on the knowledge and abilities she claimed to have. Anyone considering using this service should ask detailed questions about Reiki and the other practices she claims to know, and make your own judgment. To the business management: Please do not try to minimize this experience or write this off with sweet, reassuring words to calm the situation. This is an authentic consumer experience, and I have a right to share it transparently with the public.I was also highly uncomfortable with the fact that private information about me and my family had been shared during this experience. That made me question whether I had made the right decision in placing my trust here. When I raised valid concerns regarding this breach, a full refund was immediately offered, which felt like an attempt to resolve the issue quietly rather than addressing the actual privacy breach.I believe vulnerable people deserve absolute honesty, transparency, and respect--especially when they are paying their hard-earned money for spiritual guidance during difficult moments in their lives. Based entirely on MY EXPERIENCE, I believe people should think very carefully before putting their trust, time, money, and personal information into this business. It is disheartening to see actions like this, and I firmly believe that businesses must eventually face the natural consequences of how they treat paying clients. I am posting this extended warning because I sincerely don't want someone else to go through what I went through.
