It's very frustrating to contact companies to do work and get no response, or discuss the job and then never hear from then again. From start to finish, our experience with Midwest Driveway and Excavating was exceptionally positive. First and foremost, the speed of their service truly stood out. Midwest Driveway and Excavating was refreshingly quick. I contacted them last week and they were here this morning! They arrived promptly, ready to work. They communicated clearly, explaining each step they would take, and addressed any questions that I had. This level of professionalism reassured me that I had made a great choice! Moreover, I can't emphasize enough how responsive they were. Whether I reached out via phone or email, they were always quick to reply, often within minutes. This level of customer service is not something you come across very often and made the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient team to handle your excavation or driveway needs, give Midwest Driveway and Excavating a call. They are the embodiment of what it means to "get the job done" - quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

My Yard: I was assured I would be contacted in the manner I requested, yet that did not happen. I…read morespecifically asked for a phone call because I have a dog. No call was made. Instead, an email was sent, and your team claimed I opened and read it, even though I had not accessed my email until after I was told on the phone that it had been sent. I also watched the service on my security camera and saw that only half of my lawn was treated. Due to these repeated issues and the lack of reliable communication, I have canceled service. My Mom's Yard: Once again, no call was made before the visit, resulting in the dogs getting loose and running the neighborhood. The yard was serviced while it was still covered in leaves. I called to request a re‑service and was told we would receive a call beforehand to ensure the leaves were picked up. That call never came. Instead, your team returned and treated the yard again over the same leaves. Because of the continued failure to follow basic instructions and communicate properly, her service has also been canceled.

He came out to help us configure our sprinkler system to be the most efficient, gave us tips/suggestions, and always goes above and beyond. Andrew, the owner of Royal, is always super nice as well and still makes sure he takes care of his customers. Can't recommend this company enough!
