She seemed eager to end this session ASAP. Prior to taking my cat in I discussed my concerns over the phone with the vet tech and also mentioned I am looking to get flea treatment as a preventative measure they seemed excited about it thinking I will buy from them, but as soon as I mentioned to Dr. Kemp that I want a written prescription so I can get it from chewy as I have a coupon, her tone shifted. Finally after 2 minutes of talk, she said she will get me the prescription for gabapentin and revolution and disappeared for 25 minutes, just so she could drag out the visit and collect her fee for no service provided. I could hear her chit chatting with the staff. Then finally the vet tech came with gabapentin med, and told the front desk that the woman (dr.) would not prescribe Revolution because my cat had not been weighed, even though I had already offered to take her out for an exam and they had every chance to weigh her. They wanted me to come in again for follow up appointment while still charging me for no service. Total time with the doctor was 2 minutes. I am a seasoned cat rescuer and a foster parent with a fair share of problematic cats and vets. This is the worst form of greed and incompetency I have ever experienced.
