All of which have never been the case here! All of the employees I've seen working here are doing their jobs either checking customers out, helping customers in the Benefit brow bar station, organizing things in the aisles, or in the Salon. This Ulta is organized and clean, and I can always find what I'm looking for. I was once in a rush and needed to know where I could find a certain mascara, I found the nearest employee, and she guided me to it herself. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to pay for my items, and all of the cashiers I've encountered have been friendly and attentive (and best of all quick!). I've also made returns here and they're just as good during those too. Parking is always easy to find, as there's a huge lot for only a couple of stores.

She showed me where it was located but didn't offer to help figure out what shade I should get but only offered that they go by numbers and the numbers did not correlate with the number on my foundation bottle. That was the extent of the help. I could just tell that was just didn't want to do anything more and I was just a bother. She walked away and I immediately walked out the store. The hair washing was important as well, she got in in scalp and scrubbed. Some places it feels like they don't even get down to the scalp. They take their time and the styling was also important. Becky took her time to dry a section at a time and curl. I loved it. Shop is small but very cute. And what they may not have in the size of the shop they certainly have in skill. They can guide you with what services and beds are best for you if you're looking for advice. But I especially love that they have seen me at my WORST and I've never felt an ounce of judgement which is amazing since I have been to so many salons where I feel otherwise. The salon is always spotless. The beds are all high levels and you are pretty much guaranteed to leave bronzed and beautiful. Apparently only Caucasians are acceptable tanning patrons, yet all races can benefit from an even skin tone.
