Come to find out, whoever they are looking for I have never heard of. Never met a Donald in my life. I have had this phone number for around five years so that shows how good of "investigators" they must be. When you call the number to ask any questions, since they left such a threatening automated message, they refuse to give you information until you answer their questions. I do not appreciate being harassed in this manner, especially over something that is their mistake and failure and has absolutely nothing to do with me. Avoid this business at all costs.

Let's face it, No one wants to sit in Traffic survival school all day. MVD requires it and you have 4 months to do it. I was surprised when I received notification that my license had been suspended so I immediately got in touch with MVD got the class info and took it the following day. I liked both of the instructors Bibi taught the first half and her husband who's name now escapes me, taught the remaining 4 hours. They gave us a nice balance between knowledge and interesting stories. They made a long class less excruciating. My past experiences with lawyers hasn't always been ideal, but during an accident I retained one…read morethat after a while didn't appear to have my best interests at heart and so I had to make a change. This is when I discovered Garrick McFadden and he has changed my opinion of the legal process when placed in the right hands for the better. It's most important when choosing an attorney that you find one standing on common ground and as like minded in his or her approach to what you may face during these strange times. I found such a person in Garrick, and his ability to break down the legal process, while relaying an assurance of confidence in his ability, make him a valuable legal asset to anyone needing legal representation. His direct yet calming style keeps his clients well informed and without the need of second guessing the course of action being taken. He took over the responsibility of representing me both professionally and diligently and then settled my accident case for the highest amount available in a timely manner. If you're looking for an accident attorney with integrity and relatability, be sure you give Mr. McFadden at Gamesq the case. You'll be glad you did! Thanks Garrick!

Over the course of a year, I only spoke with him a handful of times. My case was continued…read morerepeatedly, and in the process we lost the original prosecutor who had apparently been willing to offer a more favorable deal. There were multiple occasions where I had to remind him about scheduled court appearances. On the final court date, he seemed to believe the case had already been resolved. What stood out most was the lack of preparation and communication. By the end of the case, he still didn't know how to pronounce my last name correctly. Interactions often felt confrontational, and instead of feeling supported as a client, I often felt blamed for concerns that came down to organization and follow-through. I never expected miracles or for my charges to simply disappear, but I did expect stronger communication, better preparation, and more effort over the course of a year. I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring.

I've completed multiple shops for this company, and a recurring issue makes the experience…read morefrustrating and unfair. Many times, there are no employees present on the sales floor, or employees are not wearing required name badges. Despite this, Secret Shopper expects detailed employee documentation and penalizes shoppers when that information cannot be provided. Shoppers are instructed to be discreet and not draw attention to themselves, yet we are still expected to magically obtain names when no badge is visible or when staff are inaccessible. When this happens, payment is often canceled or reduced, even though the situation is entirely out of the shopper's control. What's especially discouraging is the tone used in communications. Instead of recognizing that missing staff or policy violations by the store are valid findings, shoppers are treated as if they failed to do their job. A mystery shop is meant to report reality, not manufacture interactions that don't exist. If expectations cannot be met due to store conditions or employee noncompliance, that should reflect on the store, not the shopper. Until that disconnect is addressed, the process feels punitive rather than professional.
