No attendant was on site with whom to discuss the interruption of services, and I can find no merchant website nor contact phone number by which to resolve the non-delivery of the service for which I paid. I have contacted my card-issuing bank for their help in disputing this transaction and to try to recoup the extra money I spent to rinse off the soap. No more Wheely Clean Portland for me!

I wish I could give zero stars…read more A few days ago, I took my brand-new 2026 vehicle through Quick Quack Car Wash in Portland, Texas. About halfway through the wash, I noticed that one of the large spinning brushes had a big section of bristles missing. As it went around my vehicle, the exposed part of the equipment scraped across my hood and around my lights. When I got out, I found scratches in several places on my brand-new car. I immediately reported what happened. I also told the employee that they should stop sending cars through until someone checked the damaged brush because I didn't want the same thing happening to anyone else's vehicle. She heard what I said but continued allowing cars to go through anyway. While she was filling out the incident report, I tried to get her to go look at the brush so she could actually see what I was talking about. I explained more than once that a large section of the bristles was missing and that was what had scraped my vehicle. She never went to look at it. Instead, she just kept telling me that she was writing down everything I was saying and that I would receive an email and a phone call within 1-3 business days. A few days later, the manager called me and said she had reviewed video of my vehicle entering the car wash and that the scratches were already there beforehand. I told her that was absolutely not true and asked to see the video for myself. She refused to let me see it. Instead, she sent me several blurry still-frame pictures. I looked at every one of them, and they do not show the scratches she claims were already on my vehicle. I was then told that if I wanted the actual video footage, I would have to file a claim with my insurance company and they could request it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I SAW the damaged brush while I was going through the wash. I reported it immediately. I warned them that it could damage other vehicles, and I specifically asked them to go inspect it. Yet they continued sending cars through and no one would even go look at the equipment I was reporting. Then, rather than acknowledging or investigating the damaged equipment I personally witnessed, I was told the scratches were already on my car and denied the opportunity to see the video they say proves that. I know the condition of my vehicle before I entered that car wash. It's a brand-new 2026 vehicle, and I would not be spending my time dealing with all of this if those scratches had already been there. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location. Damaging my vehicle was bad enough, but the way the situation was handled afterward made the experience even worse. If a customer reports damaged equipment that may be scratching vehicles, the bare minimum should be to stop the wash, inspect the equipment, and take the customer's concerns seriously.

I will not go back. My 10 year old grandson does a better job of helping me clean my truck. I'll give him $50 in the future for his half of the work. Do not go here for your car wash / Detail needs.
