only 1 out of the 3 Chiropractors at this location can adjust me. They just put you on a roller bed then just rush you off the table and on to the next patient. Only 1 out of my 5 times coming here has my experience been good. read more

If I could give 6 Stars, I would! Had an amazing experience here, and can't say enough. I had just arrived in OKC for the marathon, but had an emergency on my hands -- just before leaving my home for the airport, I turned the "wrong way" and caused a painful lumbar subluxation which I knew (having run 51 prior marathons) would give me serious trouble. I searched Yelp for Chiropractors open on Saturday and found Vertebrae. Arrived 15 minutes before closing, but this was no problem for Dr. States and his great team. They were able to get me in, and within 20 minutes I was pain-free!! Finished the OKC Marathon today and had a blast -- absolutely zero pain in my back! I can't guarantee that everyone will have such a perfect experience with Vertebrae, but you surely must try -- they're awesome. P.S. Oh my goodness! So being pregnant it's super hard to find a great chiropractor. And for me I got super lucky to win the Valentine's Day special that had. So me and hubbie went and oh my god we feel amazing well I definitely do. And 8 months I have not adjustment or actually 3-4 years. But Amanda was super awesome and helpful at the front desk, and Kyle Sticks (I completely hope that is how you spell his name, if not I apologize). Just went by this location to try and get a refund for my prepaid adjustments because the Edmond office closed w/o any notice to their customers and they are closed too??? I was told we could use this office for our passes but it's not open now. Reported them to the BBB and the news channels. read more

I was so excited to find a chiropractor that was affordable and the hours were super convenient but I was quickly disappointed. First clearly family comes before patient care. The managers mother was there and I was made to wait. Now I understand taking care of family but any doctor office I have worked for doesn't do it in front of the patient. I went in with lower back pain and came out worse. All he did was pop my back in one position which then made my R Buttocks and R leg hurt and my lower back worse. I thought okay it's just tender because he messed with it. I went back 1 more time and samething, Limped out worse. Now a month later I went to a real chiropractor's office, Brixton, and in 1 treatment I am already 10x better. The real chiropractor I saw actually treated it and didn't even do the position the other guy did. Do not waste your time or money unless you want to be worse off. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am here for a few days and after having life long back pain and sitting in a car for hours (drive from Florida) this place as a diamond in the rough. SUPER CLEAN and following all the Covid guidelines. I was greeted by a very pleasant girl at the front. Filled out some easy paperwork and waiting about ten minutes. They're not pushy or try to up sell you on anything. The girl at the front actually explained how I could save money on a small package while I was in town. Ok now to the good stuff. The adjustment WELL it was great (again very compliant with the covid rules). He took his time listening to my issues and walking out I feel legit 1000 times better then I walked in. I am a huge fan of Vertebrae and have been going to the Edmond location since they opened. I live in OKC so was thrilled when the Moore location opened to give me an option to get adjusted when Southside. The concept is brilliant and simple: pay a flat monthly fee ($50) and receive 5 adjustments each month. That's it! I was paying $50 per visit at my previous chiropractor, so this really saves me a lot of money. At first I was worried about the quality of care, but I have found it to be excellent and have been given plenty of personal attention. In fact, I get more time with the doctor at Vertebrae than I used to get with my private chiropractor; I think because they aren't hurrying to see as many patients as possible to make money. I really can't say enough about them! If you aren't wanting a monthly commitment you can also pay for each visit ($20 per visit) or take advantage of their discounted pre-purchased packages. My boyfriend has been going here for more than a year. It was a great friendly place until Dr. Muse left. They hired a new guy that does not talk much and only adjusts for not even 5 minutes. Not worth the money you pay. My boyfriend wanted to get a particular adjustment done, but the new guy did not honor his request. Every visit is now less than 5 minutes, which is efficient. However, my boyfriend said it feels as if he did not even get adjusted. Don't waste your time in the Moore Clinic. Might go to Edmond to see if that location is better. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have an automatic bank draft membership here, which includes 5 adjustments per month. I was excited to start going here, especially for their convenient hours. No appointment is necessary. This is a walk in clinic. However, they are CLOSED more times than not. I have been to the clinic 5 different times during their posted business hours in the past month, just to find a sign on the door that says CLOSED! I have to find a babysitter to go to the chiropractor, and the drive isn't a short one! Very frustrating! The one time that they were open, I asked the receptionist why they have been closed at least 4-5 times per week. She said that the Dr. had been sick, but they will be open from then on. 2 days later, CLOSED again. After that, I had enough. I tried calling everyday until I finally reached someone. I told her that I wanted to cancel my account with them, only to be told that I would need to come in to cancel. I used them before they went bankrupt, but the new owner seems to go out of his way to keep loyal customers and ensure their satisfaction. He honored the packet that I had, even though I was going to call it a loss and learning experience. Very friendly staff, great at taking and getting to the gritty of the problem. I went by there to try them out with the $29 introductory offer, I wasn't impressed. I was there for about 30 mins, though all of about 5-7 minutes were actually spent with the chiropractor. Just from watching, while I was there, 2 people came in trying to cancel their memberships, and a large lunch rush was shuffled in, taken in the back to be popped and back out the door. The chiropractor I spoke to didn't really seem to care, he asked a couple questions, asked me to lay down, he popped my neck and upper back and then sent me on my way. He seemed to be in a rush to get through everyone who had lined up. The place feels more like a tanning salon than an actual medical practice. They asked if I wanted to sign up for their memberships before I left, they push that really hard. They also tried to get me to pay more than the $29 that was quoted on their site. Do not go to this place they are fraud. I paid for 10 sessions about 6 months ago and only used 6. I went in today about 4 months since I went and the lady at the front desk says that I am not in the system at all. I told her that I still had sessions to use and she told me that they are under new management and that the old manager named Christy is being sued and for me to find her. So I asked her could she pull up older logs and she said no. So they robbed me for 4 sessions that I paid for already. This is the moore location. Smh same name but different management so all the history logs disappear with the old manager? They also told me that when I paid for the 10 sessions that I can let anyone use 1 session. Well that was a lie because my mom tried and they told her that she could not and that the rule changed because of new management which happened after I bought the 10 passed.
