Nowhere…read morein our review did I mention a what Yelp stated based on the lie they heard from Brighthouse. This company seems to be very concerned about negative reviews and is trying to erase them. But not concerned about doing a good job as the pictures show. Here is what Yelp sent: I'm contacting you to let you know that we have removed your review of Brighthouse Cleaners. Yelp is a place for freely sharing your experience with businesses. However, reviewers shouldn't be threatening businesses with negative reviews (or offering to remove negative reviews they've already posted) as a way to extract a payment. Here is my review: We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her service and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the tenants a full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making rude remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

She managed to clean all three levels of my house (3K+ sq ft, where we have 3 huskies living) to such an extent that my chronic asthma settled down about halfway through the day. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants to support a locally owned and operated mom shop who also needs someone who pays attention to all the little details that are critical to getting a home truly clean.

Kristina and her team blow the competition out of the water. She's fairly priced where the average person can actually afford her, and her attention to detail in top notch. My home looks brand new again. She even took the time to scrape some goo type of substance of the floor. Any other cleaning company would have tried to get it up, but if it didn't come up quickly then they would have moved on. She took the time to figure out what the substance was and use the appropriate method to remove it without damaging my floors. Also, I have a black dog who sheds like crazy and white carpet. You wouldn't even know a dog lives here with how clean my home looks! There aren't many cleaning companies left that are priced well and offer this level of service. Give Kristina and her team a call. You won't be disappointed!
