I am forced to put one star , but would put zero stars if I could. I "NEVER" write a review but deems worthy as my husband purchased a versa Desk for me for my birthday in October 2023. * 8 months later and we still have a desk that doesn't work and we cannot use, and no one will call us back. BUYER BEWARE!!!! In November 2023, we received our brand "Powerlifting Electric Drafting Table 60X 30 White frame with an added Keyboard drawer" we paid to have the desk put together, and the control switch would not work to raise the desk. We immediately called and talked to an agent named, Crystal. She said we need to send a video to show her how it doesn't work , so we did. She said its an easy fix, they were to send us a new control switch and we were to take out old one and replace the new one. We received new control switch and replaced it and still did not work. (Granted, if the new control box worked the wires would now need to hang from the desk bc the hardware underneath the desk does not come off and your hand cannot fit inside the hardware to put the wiring back in.) So we paid $1439.56 for a new desk with wires hanging out. But never the less, the new control box did not work. We emailed crystal and she said she would talk to manager and get back to us. She never got back to us, after two weeks....we spent countless days, hours calling Versa table agents and constantly talked to a new rep and had to explain what is happening over and over again. The we talked to another rep and they said Crystal is no longer working there. We asked to talk to a manager every time we called, and we were never allowed to talk to a manager. Each rep would say the same thing. "I will talk to our manager and see if we can get a replacement table sent out, and call you back." thy never called back. wen kept calling, and talked to yet another agent, Eddie, he seemed very promising and said he will for sure help us! I talked to him on February, 15th, & 23rd. Then on March 6th, Eddie said he requested for a new table to be sent to us. We were happily awaiting the arrival of the new table. A month went by and on April 10th, my husband emailed Eddie asking when we can expect the new desk. We heard nothing back. On May 5th, I called and left a message asking when we can expect the new desk, left my order number?? It is now July......I guess they think we will just go away..... Not sure this is even a real company? This is the worse customer service, and business that I have Ever experienced. Complete fraud!!!!! read more

I bought a 3x4' anti-fatigue floor mat from VersaTables through their website, listed for $47: https://www.versatables.com/anti-fatigue-mat-acc-fatm-series They apparently no longer make this product, so what they did instead was ship me a smaller, cheaper mat from a different company, priced at $26. Very shallow business. Takes a full week to get a shipping quote. Sales only reach out when there is a potential large order. 2-3 orders didn't ship out nearly a month later; we were promised it would ship out at around 10 business days. Do not make promises if you can't keep it. As a first time customer, they left the worst impression. To anyone reading, plz find a better manufacturer. read more

Versatables doesn't stand by their product. I bought a desk about a decade ago and two years ago the wheels started to come apart. I contacted them and they were all about passing the blame to a reseller. Literally, if you bought your Versatable through a third party your manufacturer's warranty is void. Here is the thing though, I bought it direct! It's actually an excellent desk and despite my complaint I've ordered replacement wheels from them. $50 is way less expensive than buying an entirely new desk. It's just a shame that the company doesn't care about customers after the fact. read more

Versa tables ROCK. I was VERY worried about spending $1,400 online for a piece of furniture I didn't get to test out or sit at prior to purchase. However, the product came very highly recommended so I splurged. I don't know what model I got, but it's a 5 foot long desk on electronic hydraulic lifts. It's AMAZING... I stand about half the day and sit about half the day. This thing saves my back, knees and neck. Really good product. I've even lost a few pounds since I've been using this for a month and spend a lot of time standing / moving around. Quality product for a fair price. Assembly was a bit of a bitch and took some time, but unlike ikea furniture, everything feels sturdy and lined up correctly. read more

I don't know where to begin to describe how bad their customer service is I'm not even angry Its more like I'm fascinated they stay in business. They could make some side money teaching seminars on ignoring customers. Ordered desk May 7 They sent confirmation request May 11, I replied then, nothing. Eddie called me May 15 at 5:20 Part of their do not disturb strategy is call me after business hours on a Friday so I won't bother them with a return call, clever . Called Eddie Monday May 18 He takes my order again I add a keyboard tray and monitor mount. He says credit card number was wrong You'd think they'd of realized that before but no, so card number corrected. Another random person calls me the afternoon of the 18th to ask exact same questions as Eddie. Assures me desk is coming. Desk doesn't come but emails start coming asking how much I like the desk I haven't received. No one returns calls, so I go to online chat. The bot seemed nice. I decide to drive down May 29. I interrupt 5 or so people hanging out in Lobby I'm sure they were discussing something important not goofing off, looks can be deceiving. I did notice an Audi R8, a Range Rover and few BMW's in parking lot so my money is being well spent. They assure me desk will be sent Monday as its in stock. It's sent, It arrives Tuesday on a wooden pallet because I can easily dispose of that right? Now I assemble desk Pre drilled holes aren't. The keyboard tray doesn't fit. It's too long to work with 30" wide desk. The slide is 15" long and if you subtract the 5-6" width of the mechanism in center of desk no way a 15" track will fit. I call customer service and describe the problem. He agrees I see exactly what I'm looking at, glad he cleared that up. I ask why they would sell it with desk if they know it doesn't fit. I got the auditory equivalent of a blank stare. Drove back to return the keyboard tray and the monitor mount. I was afraid to even unbox that. I would have brought back pallet but I don't have a pickup truck. They assure me my money for these items will be refunded. Funny, the emails asking how I like my product seem to have stopped coming. If you need apologies and excuse more than a desk I'd give these guys a call. I will say the desk does work...so far read more

Bought the wall mount for my monitor (VESA) and it is an absolute gem. Nothing cheap or rinky-dink - solid metal, well constructed, rock solid in operation. It is model WMMMA or somesuch. Black color. Fits anywere you have about 2' to the right and left of the mount. I screwed mine into the window frame and it is not ugly at all in its elegance. See all the great reviews? Just don't try to return something. I sent the product back within 30 days via Fed Ex - have confirmation of delivery. Every call to follow-up goes to some one's voice mail. finally get a person - no record of receiving the return. I gave the Fed Ex tracking # and the name of who signed for the package. "They would get back to me." they did not. And also did not respond to the email inquiring about the refund. Never responded, never followed up. Fortunately the credit card company is better with customer service and processed the dispute immediately. Don't pay for anything without using a payment source that will provide a credible method of refund - because if you don't - you kiss your money goodbye. read more

Their products are all made in Los Angeles, with quick delivery and helpful sales associates when the info on the website isn't enough (which is rare). Even though these products are designed for the office, I've found that the small carts, workstations and accessories are well made and robust enough for light- to medium-duty factory needs, which is what I've used them for. read more

I recently purchased an electric desk from VersaTables using a discount for Presidents Day. On the day before it's arrival I changed my mind on the color. I called VersaTables and they were so gracious. They aloud me to refuse the shipment so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping back to the company. But most important, they aloud me to exchange the table for the color I wanted at the same price even though the sale I had taken advantage of was long over. I was so happy about this. It saved me hundreds of dollars. The desk arrived quickly. It is beautiful! Excellent quality. I love it! I am very grateful for the excellent service. I looked high and low for the effect makeup table/mirror. I found a beautiful antigue desk, but was still a mirror short. Guess what? I found Versa, and their Vanity Girl products which included a celebrity-endorsed lighted mirror. Fast forward, I got the mirror!!! It is beautiful, fits on my antique table, and began to practice my my makeup skills. And, joyfully, I recommend this for older women to use to correct their makeup errors, and view and review their shadowing/highlighting skills. I purchased an entire office from them including Edison electric table and two Executive Filing Pedestal. The table after one year is not level any more as the side with the monitor has dropped by 3/4 of an inch. The Deluxe CPU Holder is a total joke and is built so flimsy it would not even come close to holding my gaming CPU. I called when it was discovered upon assembly and received an RMA to return the "Deluxe" device which they gave me. Several months later I got around to sending it back and now they will not refund my money saying it has been too long. Customer service can ruin a business and here is where it all begins. Good luck if you buy from them. I am done with them and they have lost thousands of dollars in future business as I expand my business due to a $69.00 refund. read more

I bought a Vanity girl mirror from VersaTables. It is beautiful and the assembly only took maybe 30 min (probably less) It makes my dressing room look incredible. I love the versatility of the dimmer switch and extra outlets on the mirror. It is a great piece that I think i will have for a long time. read more

Five stars on the product; but take away one star for the customer service. We ordered the Fillmore sofa from Thrive Furniture. We were a little wary of buying a sofa online, but purchasing was a breeze, and we liked the guarantee they offer (free return shipping if not satisfied). However I did order swatches that never came. We ordered the sofa any; it was supposedly in stock and would only take two weeks for delivery. After two and a half weeks, I called about the status of our order, and unfortunately, they somehow did not place the order....good thing I called. Took a couple more calls for someone to finally give me an answer (they promised to call back "in a few minutes" but didn')t. Fortunately, they were able to put the order on high priority and we received our sofa (albeit two weeks late). Given that little glitch, I'd say the shipping was great; FedEx Freight delivery right at the time of my appointment. The couch itself is wonderful; beautiful and well-made. Should last us a very long time with its classic design. My advice to Thrive is the improve their customer service...don't say you're going to do something and then don't. Only place that I could find a reasonable priced adjustable desk (and i searched all over the internet). For about 500 dollars I got a height adjustable desk with a keyboard tray, monitor attachment and a computer holder. It's a pretty cool desk, good quality too(the surface is very hard, and the outer lining seems pretty durable. I'm a 6ft tall guy, and so this desk works much better. read more

Love my Versa Tables!! Actually purchased one for the office and one for my home office. I am a CPA and decided that sitting all day (and evenings during tax season) was slowly but surely killing me. All of the research shows that even a regular work-out routine cannot reverse the damage done to your health by sitting all day. So, I finally did something about it. I've been using my desks for about a 6 weeks now and am finding that I am standing about 50% of the time...and feel great! My experience is that an automated email is sent acknowledging the order, but never have I been provided with an actual person's name & contact information.
