Sometimes we seek them out just to listen to them. Whether you speak Dutch or English, they are happy to tell you all about the oysters, where it's from, it's flavor, and why it has that flavor. I find them fascinating! So friendly too. There may be a crowd around them, but they are worth waiting for!!
