This is a fairly large physiotherapy and sports injury and massage centre. They offer specialist…read moresports services such as massage, nutritional information and injury treatment, especially back, neck and podiatry related issues. Podiatry, just in case you might need to google it as I did, turns out to be a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower leg. The above, is something which, as far as I know, is not offered elsewhere in the local vicinity. I discovered this, and indeed the centre itself, while investigating some massage gift vouchers for my gran (I decided to go along the more medical lines instead of beauty spa massages). From this visit, I can say that this centre is well equipped with all the relevant staff, equipment, space and resources. The staff in particular are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their wide range of products and treatments on offer. All of which can be purchased for a reasonable rate. These may be slightly more expensive that you would like. But these treatments are an investment, of sorts, and worth the occasional fee for most people. Thus, if your tempted by some of their specialist treatments and have a few extra pennies to hand - this place comes recommended by my granny.

This place does SPORTS massage, and the only relaxation you'll do is once it's over. Rought and Hard...just the way you want it. I had been having a muscular/nerve type problem with shoulder which wasn't going away, so after a month of painkillers I decided to seek out some help...which came in the form of Karen at Physiologix. She advised I only booked in for a 30 mins session, beeing a newbie and never having had any type of massage before. Good advice! She was pretty amazing at finding the sore spots and then working the hell out of them. I won't lie, at certain points (the injured parts) the massage is pretty sore and was glad I was facing down so she couldn't see the tears in my eyes. I was a strange "good pain" though as felt that it must surely be doing some good being so sore! You go in feeling like a lumpy, knotty piece of meat, but afterwards you feel like a smoothed out piece of dought that Paul Hollywood would be proud of! Sports massage is only one of the many treatments they offers, as well as Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Acupuncture and other stuff.

If you find yourself with need of an Osteopath I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel…read more From start to finish the process is easy, honest and open and he will strive to help you feel better but will not make any promises that he can't keep. You can book in online via his easy booking tool. He offers free initial consultations where he will chat through options and give you an honest appraisal as to whether he thinks he can help you or not. Appointments are 30 mins but if he has no appointment after you he regularly works on to try and help you more and there is no extra charge. He creates a relaxed atmosphere where you can chat about just about any topic under the sun whilst he does the essential work that needs done to help you. If you are used to a really formal setting you may be taken by surprise, but for me the chilled atmosphere is a huge plus. His aim is to get rid of you (feeling better of course). Not a good business plan, but great for patients as you know he ain't just in it to keep you coming back for ever and ever like you hear from some other practitioners who always want to have you booked in again. Daniel Gerber..... osteopath, healing genius and all round good guy. If your in pain just now, you should give him a try.

No one came close until I walked into Daniel Gerber's treatment room. He knew exactly where the problem was almost without input from me and after only two sessions my pain began to disappear and my posture straightened noticeably. After a short period of regular appointments I moved onto maintenance sessions as and when I feel the need- sometimes several months apart. Back pain is a horrible experience - it makes you irritable and miserable, easily distracted and generally less able to cope with the day to day. Not any more! This man has changed my life!
