You don't get a call back when you request a call back. Some of the employees are very rude and just hung up the phone when you speaking!!! I was on the phone with Jo one of the employees and he just hung up the phone at 6:11 because he is off work at 6. I requested him to send me a email proving that I called during business hours and wasn't able to get a hold of a manger. He said yes sure, hung up the phone and didn't send the email.
