This "Daisy" employee cannot return phone calls and cannot obtain information from insurance services to benefit what my issue was about. Every time I would call back after waiting hours, Daisy always had an excuse of why she could not talk to me on the phone. I called numerous times to see if she had retrieved the info I needed from my insurance company that I needed from car accident that was a total loss. And still more excuses that she was on another call, or with a client, and still I got no return phone calls. I finally decide to call the insurance company myself and I got the info I needed in 10 min. What do I pay Fiesta for ??? I still have not received a return phone call back from Daisy! Lesson learned, My question is, who hired Daisy?

A few months in to our policy, we had questions about our impound accout and Joe told us to leave and find a new agent because he didnt like us answering questions. We have a personal articles policy for our business equip that we are always having to update. We always email the new info over and the policy has not been updated correctly at LEAST a dozen times. They plain just do not do their job over there. We left about a month ago and moved to farmers. If you do go with State Farms, do not use this agent! He is rude and doesnt even do his job!

I DO NOT recommend this place!…read more Absolutely terrible customer service. They change customer service reps like changing clothes. The rates they offer are way too high. The only reason I stayed with them for so long was because of it was convenient. I finally shopped around and discovered I've been paying way too much. I recently purchased a new vehicle and my rate went up even more. I would check my bill and see miscellaneous charges without any explanation of what it was for. I called the reps and they told me they would contact somebody only to come back and tell me I still have to pay the fee (oh, and sometimes they would reduce the miscellaneous fee but I would still have to pay it.) I am so feed up with the insurance agency. I don't care if they cater to Cambodians - Khmer speaking community. Do not get insurance here!

My dad was speaking with Dulce, I didn't know it at the time. My dad isn't good at giving me right…read moreinformation. However, I ended up speaking with Isis. I called, to ask about a quote. I was shopping around because my insurance booker weren't really helping us with our needs. I was just lazy to look around. This year, I had enough of their lack of transparency. It was always an issue to give me and my dad our balance info ECT. I am giving an insight of my past experience based on my new experience. Yes, this can change of course I'm aware. We are human but it was refreshing to speak to Isis. She was patient and understanding. She took the time to be detailed with everything I asked. She responded, even if I potentially my not join. However, she delivered a quote in a timely manner. My issues wasn't easy since we have 5 vehicles. She informed me of my dad's commercial vehicle and how it requires a special insurance due to the style of the vehicle. Our old insurance was charging my dad a full coverage on a basic car; when my dad's car is technically commercial. I was livid, because I was never aware. My dad, also told me he asked our old insurance for just liability. It's unfortunate that old insurance company can take advantage of people. I got full transparency here and it's how I was able to get properly informed. She went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful, I honestly decided to go with this insurance based on Isis level of knowledge, the way she was social yet professional and patience. I did, 10 years of customer service and I know it isn't easy so I'm always grateful when someone does an astonishing job because we lack basic etiquette and respect in today's society. When, I arrived, Isis and Dulce both greeted me with a warm welcome and are dog mom's so they were patient with my dog Mollie. I try, to take her out as much as I can because she isn't friendly but even Mollie was not aggressive. Dogs, can sense people intent. She liked them both! Furthermore, during our paperwork Dulce and Isis work well as a team. They helped each other out and I can see the unity in this company. That goes a long way. Positive work flow matter for a healthy lifestyle. I can only speak on what I saw. I saw, them be helpful and courteous towards one another and I am truly thank for their kindness and patience towards me. Dulce even assisted me with another account and I'm sorry I took to much of their time. I know when, it's time to go... It's time to go. Never the less, I am just so appreciative of them both!!! You guys, did a superb job with customer service and this company is lucky to have both of them and their great work ethics. Thank you again Isis and Dulce!!! :) Mollie and I appreciate you so much!!! We felt, how you truly want to help people.
