I have called Verona home for 5 years after deciding to downsize from a house. I have made a wonderful Family of friends and neighbors. There is a wide variety of floor plans to suit anyone's needs. Verona is in the heart of North Dallas across from Galleria footsteps from your front door and at the crossroads of LBJ & NTT. There are community events every month to bring neighbors together. Best Management Team, the Stars being Property Manager Maria, Kevin Erwin, and Max. Requests are always fulfilled quickly, true professionals with great respect and attitude for residents. All the amenities you could want including Pool, workout area, meeting rooms, guest suite and front desk staffed to take packages and receive guests, and well maintained property inside and out.! Extremely disorganized leasing process and very misleading communication. I was told a unit was available, immediately applied, and paid fees based on that information. Only an hour after I completed everything was I told the unit was "already taken" by an applicant who did a in-office paper application - which happened due to internal delays between staff. That is not an applicant issue - that is poor internal communication and a lack of basic system updates. If a unit is no longer available, it should NOT be offered to applicants or still showing as available online. Also, who even still accepts paper applications in 2026 anyway?? The process feels outdated, inconsistent, and poorly managed. This caused a complete waste of time, money, and effort. I would not recommend leasing here unless their internal processes are fixed. read more

I stayed at Verona for 4 years and my experience was very up and down. From a rude concierge staff to a manager named Karen that does not care about the safety and concerns about the residents, I would in no way recommend this apartment. I decided to move out early and break my lease. The office did everything they could to squeeze every penny out of my pocket, including lying to me about a new resident taking over my lease. I CANNOT say enough good about this place. We loved living here and if it wasn't for a job transfer we would still be in apartment 206. :-) From the touring/leasing process, everything was fantastic. We loved Sandee because she took her time in showing us multiple units over multiple weeks. She is so amazing and makes living there so awesome. Kevin/Richard are also fantastic people. When you have a package they know! They greet you by first name and make you feel like family. Tery/Vicki with the CARES team are wonderful people. They take time out of their days to host countless resident events every week/month. We attended almost all of these events to meet other residents as it was truly a family vibe at the Verona. I've recommended many friends to live here, and I hope if you read this you'd do the same. You won't regret it. We have lived here now for nearly 4 months. We moved from a lake town and a house on 5 acres. We moved here based off the reviews, the location, the safety and We had paid for our apartment before we ever visited the building. Things you expect: They have wonderful people who work here. Kevin, Chris, and Jerry and an occasional part time guy greet and say goodbye to everyone coming through the lobby, they are there from morning until 2am (I believe). The residents bring these guys snacks and treats. These guys give a treat to my dog every time and peppermint a for us humans sit right at the elevator. The grounds are kept. I see lawn care at least once a month- I'm not home a lot in the day (could be more). The staff provide baggies for pet waste and for the residents (not too many) who don't pick up, I've seen staff picking up trash and waste to keep it clean and sanitary. They vacuum the carpeted hallways. They have trash picked up 3 times a week, most apartments have a valet door- it's amazing and safe. You pay for pest service and I have yet to see a bug, except for a wasp that flew in from outside (terrified of bees). Gated garage. Permit parking so you don't have to battle for parking. Clean. Trash always emptied. When it rains it does leak and some spots tend to drip, if you love your car you can speak to Kevin who will help you out! Thank you Kevin!! There is storage here as well, however I have never used it so I can't tell you anything except some have doors and some are in fences with netting. The hallways are lit 24/7 and are temperature controlled. The hallway walls are painted and are very pleasing. Not expected: They have two nightly rentals in the building, for your quests. I believe they are around $86 a night. I think the rentals are 2 bedroom 2 bath. They have a covered garage quest parking. I say this is not expected because it's so close to the Galleria, they could have said all guest park over there. Security and safety. The garage is gated. The doors are key controlled. The guest can get in the elevator and ride only to the lobby floor, only. They send happy birthdays through emails and active housing website. So thoughtful! They have a lot of resident events. As I said I'm from a lake town and in the country. It's nice to see flyers and receive emails about the "happenings" I have seen a couple events celebrating residents, a dress boutique show, cool stuff. At least once a month Picasso's pizza is sold in the lobby for $5. The things that could be better. The billing. It's confusing. They put it all together (which is great) but the bills don't always arrive at the same time. So you log in and pay your rent and water. Then you get an email saying the electricity has been added 2/4 days later. You have 2 days to pay or receive $50 a day if paid for on the 3rd day. (It's understandable, yes but they don't load it until the 1st.) if you can pay ahead and let the money set it works great especially with the electricity charges always being added later. It's not terrible. It's just not super easy. Angela does all of this and I am by no means saying she doesn't do a great job. She does and I appreciate it. The elevators on the two wing buildings. They are extremely slow. They work. They are safe. But if you use the tower elevator you will be envious. It's fast. Super fast. To be mentioned. I have sent an email maybe twice to the buildings general email account- a response was received very quickly! Even walking my dog, Kevin asked me it out of the blue if it was taken care of! The side buildings (wings) are not made of concrete floors or so another resident has said. You can be in the hallway and hear upstairs, as well as be in your apartment and hear people above you walking. You can't hear conversations or Tvs. Just thuds and bumps. The residents I have met are wonderful. The pets are mostly wonderful as well. The staff is exceptional. The building and location for me are the BEST- shopping, food, Target, and 8 minutes from work. Mena is a wonderful manager, A++. She is very kind and does a great job as do all the staff I have encountered. If you are looking here look at the wide range of different floor plans. The amenities are great- fancy coffee, pool area, pool and hot tub, work out room, movie theater room, pool table, two outdoor dog areas, popcorn, computer center, cigar room, conference room and two casual lobby areas. They can be reserved! It's not home but it's home away from home. We love it. read more

It's probably very difficult to run an apartment building this size and there are bound to be things the way they are because of that. So here's the good, the bad and the odd. The good - the men at the Front Desk are fabulous. Kevin, Jerry and Chris are ALWAYS attentive and pleasant. It is like having a personal valet there at all hours (except you have to share them - drats!). The good - they allow dogs of all sizes. The good - wonderful amenities - theater room, game room, business room, pool, gas grills, free coffee (good stuff, too!!!) and popcorn. The good - the location, the view, and reserved parking! The bad - elevators on the sides that are hotter than they need to be (hey - spring for a low-heat output bulb). The bad - Some residents that have obnoxious, yappy dogs that they walk when others are sleeping. These are usually the same people that don't pick up after the dogs. The bad - the storage areas in the garage are mostly chain-linked fenced-in and there will be a greasy grime on anything not covered up. The odd (not good or bad - just odd) - apartment management that really doesn't seem to care if they know the residents or not, yet have several resident events where they attend. The odd - only 2 gas grills for the entire building (although it was rare if they were both being used at the same time). The good vastly outweighed the bad. There are no 1/2 stars or 3/4 stars and I would give them a 4.5 or a 4.75. With just a couple of tweaks, there would never be a vacancy in this place. I would definitely live there again if I needed a place. read more

Only lived here for a year, but has the best Management of any apartment I've ever lived in. The facility is always clean and in working condition, residents are super friendly and so is the staff. They even put a bottle of champagne in our room when my wife and I got married! We are moving to be closer to work and avoid the toll roads, otherwise we would renew without hesitation. It could be the nature of high rise living, but twice in the last two months there have been SERIOUS water leaks affecting multiple floors and units, mine included. Last night's/today's leak resulted in maintenance pounding on doors at 7 am on a Saturday and then maintenance, then management, then mitigation contractors coming through the apartment over the course of the next 4 hours. During the last leak, I was at work and notified AFTER the fact that this same cast of characters had been through my apartment. read more

I had a stellar experience living at the Verona on Noel Road in Dallas. The staff is responsive and fair. They have all amenities one would expect of a high end apartment complex. Rent is fair particularly given the many amenities and services. They hold social events so the occupants have a venue to know people; much like a neighborhood of days gone by where people in the neighborhood were acquainted with one another. There is security, secure fobbed entry and exit gated garages, virtually zero parking space pirating (they get all over this if someone parks in someone else's space), lobby attendant, multi-screened security cameras throughout the complex, ample washers and dryers, large pool with spa, numerous gas BBQ's, numerous places to hold separate parties, game rooms, quiet places, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate, pick up and return dry cleaning service. If there is a problem the insinkerator or plumbing, they respond and fix promptly, no questions asked. Everything they said they would do or that they had to offer, they delivered. read more

HEALTH HAZARD & UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT: Maintenance crew failed to properly dry my unit after a water leak occurred while I was on vacation. Several days later the flooring buckled throughout most of the apartment and a strong mildew odor developed 2 weeks later while waiting on repairs. Management refused to test for mold despite explaining to them that I have serious health problems related to mold allergy. I paid almost $1,000 out of pocket for testing by licensed professionals who found extremely high mold counts and TOXIC BLACK MOLD. Management refused to acknowledge the mold report or the extensive saturated building materials that need to be removed, including the fact that the mold report indicates a high likelihood that the mold is IN THE WALLS, thus potentially affecting other residents. They are threatening to evict me and seem to have plans of only replacing the floor, leaving the TOXIC MOLD living in the saturated walls and cabinetry. I am aware of several other leaks in the building. See other reviews! I feel sorry for the next person who gets my apartment. read more

This is my second time to move into the Verona. We chose to move here when our home sells and we are in transition while looking for another. Our previous experience was good - so why not return? BEWARE! In the 3 months we have lived here our apartment was infested with roaches, our air conditioning has been broken for over 3 weeks with no repair person - despite reporting the incident several times. Additionally, the elevator has been broken twice (this is a high rise building) and to add insult to injury my car was broken into - despite us having a secure garage. The management shows little if any concern. My recommendation - move on! Find a different place to live! read more

I highly recommend avoiding this place if you dont want to get ripped off! They dont want to communicate with you they just want to steal your money.My experience echos the sentiment of a few other reviews here. I lived in the building for over two years - the front desk - Kevin was friendly and the maintenance staff were always prompt and helpful however the office staff are disorganized and not trained in customer service with many changes occurring. They posted payments to the wrong accounts, woudnt let you take documents back to your apartment to review with your significant other and then charge you for things without even communicating with you. I guess Customer satisfaction, word of mouth recommendations etc is very low down on their agenda. Not to mention people getting held up at gun point in the garage or the nightly parties, fights and gatherings of non residents just feet from apartment that will keep you up at night. Dont believe the hype about their security. Go somewhere else where the staff have a little common sense! read more

Went apartment hunting with my boyfriend. The place is very nice. We've been greeted by the front desk and gave us water while we wait for the leasing office lady to come out. We Finally sat down and start taking about pricing and such. We asked her one thing...... We saw that your garage is only 6 ft 8in. Our truck is 7ft 4in. Is there any other parking that we can park the truck? The lady said " well, you can park the front but you need to move your truck somewhere during Business hr. Really really! Very inconvenient! Sad thing is we went next door and they have plenty of parking and their parking garage is 8ft + high. read more

My favorite place to stay. Home. They do a great job of property management. They keep up with most everything. The only complaint I have is regarding the two ENTIRELY too slow elevators on the sides of the building. They are also lacking AC. I moved in around August of last year after viewing a number of properties in the Addison area. I made my decision based on a few factors mainly security; fob controlled gates and elevators, indoor underground parking, 9+ cameras on site monitored by security with video monitors available to see through your TV. The staff is warm and friendly and actually know your name plus paying your rent and utilities online is nice. The amenities are great with a lot of well done items decorated in a very modern style. We moved here two months ago from a beautiful home. We love this place. The staff is the best and Judy the general manager is so professional. When we had a problem with a neighbor she handled it right away and made everyone feel better. The staff at the Verona makes the residents feel like they are at the top of the list. Everything is so clean and well kept. They treat our puppy son every time they see him. He loves it here too. You can't go wrong living here. I highly recommend against staying at the Verona. I lived in the building for a year. When I moved out last month, I believe I was charged for damage that did not occur so that management could keep my entire deposit. I attempted to discuss the charges with the manager in order to get some clarification. However, the manager stated that she was not going to have a conversation with me about the charges and hung up the phone. In my opinion, she is very rude and unprofessional. If you like the location, a brand new property is going to open next door in a matter of months. On the plus side, they guys at the front desk are top notch. read more

We lived in the Verona for a year and a half and recently moved to buy a home. The Verona is quiet, clean and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. The front desk attendants, Kevin, Jerry and Chris are phenomenal, as well as Vince in the front office. They are professional, friendly and always go above and beyond to help. We've had an apartment in this complex for over 3 years. It was a great place to live! The management is attentive and friendly, and any problems are addressed promptly. The security is very good and we always felt safe. You could always count on Kevin, Jerry, Chris, Mark, Judy and Angela to keep the place running with competence and a genuine smile. They also helped everyone feel as if this was home. We met so many other people in the apartment complex and everyone was nice and friendly. The location was fabulous for us. With the mall right across the street there was never any problem shopping or having a restaurant to eat at. Being located so close to 635 and the tollway, getting anywhere in Dallas was easy. The apartments themselves have been remodeled and are beautiful. The public area's are meticulously maintained and are attractive and comfortable. How lucky are we to have friends in high places! We spent five days in the two bedroom, two bath guest suite and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities--free coffee and tea, a movie theater, and a beautiful pool. The helpful and professional staff (Mina, Judy, Stratton, Angela, Kevin, and Chris) were always available to help us when we needed something. It's a dangerous place for shopaholics because Verona is twenty steps from the Galleria, with Macy's entrance right across the lobby. The building is secure and kept clean and modern with plenty of guest parking. No wonder it's such a coveted place. read more

Verona is great! I have lived here with my family since I was a junior in high school. It is now over 4 years later and I am moving to my own apartment in the same building! I just can't imagine living anywhere else. Judy is always extremely sweet and professional. She gets things done. If something needs attending to someone is always right on top of it. The staff has changed from time to time but it has never influenced the flow of the building. I would recommend Verona to anyone. read more

The complex is maintained and Kevin is awesome. In the three years I lived at this location we had one individual robbed at gun point in the "secure" garage. There were multiple incidents of theft in the garage. I had large items stolen from my carport and they couldn't determine how it was stolen even with their video surveillance. They also take no responsibility for theft. Items from cars were being stolen multiple times and nothing was done to secure this garage area and prevent further theft. As noted in earlier reviews they have had issues with water damage. With all the new development being built I can't recommend this complex with all the security issues. Management nor sales will inform you of the thefts and robbery as a potential renter. Management is completely inflexible with contracts terms even when they realize they can and should make something right that has occurred on the premises they only refer to the contract and push it back on you. read more

I recently relocated out of state but was a resident at the Verona for the last 2 and a half years. I definitely recommend living at the Verona to anyone interested in living in this area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They actually take the time to know you by name. Maintenance is prompt with repairs and requests. The online portal makes it very easy to submit requests, make payments and also alerts you when packages arrive for you. The complex itself is fairly quiet with occasional dog barks from the courtyard which is expected with pet friendly apartments. The pet policy is one main reason I decided on the Verona. I have a large dog and it is hard to come across apartments like the Verona that do not have weight restrictions. The 2 courtyards make apartment living with a dog much easier. The overall building appearance is always kept up both inside and outside. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of air conditioning in the side elevators during the summer months. Other than that, I really enjoyed living there and will miss it. read more
