I bought 2…read more cannoli, a cream puff, tiramisu (has a butterfly on top made of chocolate) and a small cake with fondant on top topped with a cherry and filled with rum flavored custard. So delicious. I love the way they wrap them too- it ends up wrapped like a present (see pictures). We also had coffee here at the bar- there's also a cafe in the back. You pay for coffee up front at the register- cappuccino is 1.20, marrucchino is 3 and there are lots more choices! Order your pastries and then they give you a receipt to take to the register, unless you know what you want- then you can pay first and take the receipt to the pastry counter. People seemed to leave 10 cent tips on their receipt for coffee- so since there were 2 of us I left 20 cents. They also have candy and cookies here. Haven't tried those yet but they looked great too. I saw this cafe on the way to my train and stopped in. I was fully expecting it to be like the standard, terrible food you would normally find at an airport. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, warm, and welcoming. All the food was fresh and the bread was newly baked. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. If I lived in Rome I would come here even if I was not taking a train hehe. Great place.
