If bending over backwards to help were literal rather than metaphorical, these guys would be able to lick the backs of their own heels I've shopped here many times, almost always for something I don't know the first thing about other than that I need one, and the staff have been unfailingly helpful. They have an impressive selection of auto accessories in stock considering the size of the store and are always willing to get hold of stuff they don't have right now. The downside - if you can call it that - is that the prices aren't as low as you'll find in pile-it-high-sell-it-cheap shops where the staff don't know anything. Likewise, you'll save money ordering things online. But tell me this: faced with a customer who has just spent seven quid on a new headlight bulb, how many store managers would spend THIRTY MINUTES fitting it for them, free of charge? I've met exactly one, and he works at Motorworld in Dursley. Long may you prosper, folks.

They supply most of the garages in the County with their parts - you'll probably have seen their little vans nipping about! I don't think they do delivery for private individuals, but I may be wrong. It's not always easy to park here, as the car park is only small and has a massive waste skip on one side of it! but apart from that, it's great. There are always plenty of staff about - and the phone is always ringing and gets answered promptly. The staff are pretty honest about cost and quality of stuff too, so you can make a judgement on what you want.

He has even gone to stroud when I broke down and charged a very reasonable price which I would not hesitate to pay again. My only complaint is after 15 years of good service for me he is considering retirement, which I will be devastated as to find someone so trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Not a big garage, but friendly and gets the job done.

What sets it apart from any major chain store nearby is the friendly service from staff. If you're a petrol head who knows what he's doing - they can talk your language. But I'd you're a car dunce (as I am) then Shane, Kevin and the team don't think twice about offering you guidance and helping you fit standard parts such as windscreen wipers and hub caps.
