I'm not sure if this is what customer service means to Rural King..but I can't fathom her being able to keep any employees if all she does is disrespect them. Especially on the sales floor. And he looked like a teenager. A literal child still...if this was my child he would never return to that job. Do better, Kim. A job should be a safe place...not someplace that causes you anxiety.
