"Amazing" would be an understatement for Maichee and Renee…read more First off, Maichee, who was our buyer's realtor. She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

We were SO Lucky to find Renee White ! At EVERY turn she was on our page from the minute we met. She would suggest the things we were thinking independent of any conversation prior. She worked really hard , had a team come through regularly to make sure client traffic had left the home in the same condition it was prior to their arrival. That can be daunting when every agent in the area can come at any time . Due to the soft market, we collectively decided to remove the listing so as not to take a huge loss and Renee fully supported, I think even suggested it , again, like thinking separate of any conversation prior. She will absolutely be our first and only call when we decide to re-list .

Drew has an extensive list of resources and helped us find movers, painter, carpet layer, handyman, house cleaner, a stager, and a photographer and got the unit on the market in less than a month. We had been trying to do this for at least a year. He knows the market, and his estimates for the cost and timing of the work were spot on. We recently closed on the unit at a price that met our expectations, and his communication with us throughout was exceptional. If we ever decide to move to Rossmoor, we'll definitely look to engage with him again. Drew is an exceptional real estate agent and we highly recommend him.

A resident overheard my conversation and asked me if I had a realtor. I told her I didn't. She said she didn't want to impose but knows a realtor who both sold her a condo and helped her purchase another one. She gave me the name Drew Plaisted. She said he specializes in the Rossmoor community. I generally don't take a strangers suggestion without doing some research first. All my research led me to realize that he was certainly worthy of me meeting with him. My wife and I met with him at my Mothers condo. It was readily apparent that he was knowledgeable about the market, the Rossmoor community and my mother's specific floor plan. More than just the business end of our meeting we saw that he was genuine, personable and deeply committed to helping us when we really needed someone. Drew gave us suggestions to improve the condos marketability. We hired the contractors that he suggested and came to realize that they too had pride in how they did their jobs. The condo recently closed. I know that there are a lot of moving parts in a real estate transaction and was prepared for some hiccups. I must say there were ZERO problems and the whole process was seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Drew! My entire family cannot thank him enough for the care that he showed us during these difficult times.

Once we met him, we knew he'd be the perfect agent for our search given his decades of experience working in the Bay Area markets we were targeting. The best part of the whole experience is for us is that Angelo stayed in constant contact and was proactive with finding properties that met our somewhat strict requirements. Every day he would proactively send us new listings as soon as they came on the MLS, and he was instrumental in helping us write competitive offers on the few homes that we liked. In the end, with Angelo's guidance, we were able to beat out several other competing buyers to secure a home that checked all our boxes and was by far the nicest we'd come across in our months of searching. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him on our side from day 1 to the day we got the keys. We bought our Walnut Creek house in 2010 and never imagined we were going to be selling just 2 years later. This however is what happens when you get promoted to a new job that forces you to relocate. As advised by all our peers, we hit the market in the Spring when there supposedly is a surplus of buyers trying to make a Spring/Summer move. The biggest mistake we made though was initially going with the wrong broker. We barely did any research and naively went with a local broker that was a friend of a friend...What a serious lapse in judgement on our part. This first agent ended up completely mispricing our house way too high and completely lost steam after the house did not sell in the first month. When her 3-month contract termed, we could not wait to run away and find a new broker. The 2nd time around, we learned from our prior mistakes and really researched a whole host of top-grossing Walnut Creek area brokers. Though we liked a few of them during the interview process, the one agent that truly shined from day 1 was Kelly Gargiulo of Keller Williams Realty. Kelly wowed us with her enthusiasm and organization from our very first meeting with her. Given her flexibility and how knowledgeable she was with the local market, we decided to list with her. Through the entire selling process, Kelly essentially did everything she said she would. From extensive print & online advertising to key placement of signage on main roads, we felt she really did a good job of boosting the visibility of our property. Coupled with being available for Saturday & Sunday Open Houses as well as private showings, the foot traffic that came through our property was impressive. Kelly was also extremely responsible with providing email, text & live phone updates on the parties that were interested in the property. Through Kelly's dedication and hard work, we ended up successfully selling our house. She helped us find financial closure so that we could finally move on to the next chapter in life. And for this, we are forever grateful. Bottom line, whether you are selling or buying, you really cannot go wrong with Kelly Gargiulo guiding you through your real estate journey :)
