We have been sleeping at a hotel so our kids wouldn't sleep on the floor at our new home. We waited for the beds for a week and 10 minutes before delivery they called to say that my kids beds wouldn't be delivered today because they made a mistake. I have paid in full. I did not even finance the purchased. The sell rep called me to tell me oops we can't do anything about it. The owner called me and told me if I refuse the delivery of what they are sending I would have to pay again for it threathing me with more charges if I refuse the order. He said that I was under a contract which I didn't finance anything nor I was told I was binding myself to one. I asked for the money back so I can go else where which the owner Brad said too bad so sad. They would not do anything for me or my family. He even hung up the phone when I was telling him how dissatisfying this is. Pretty much I was the bad guy because I'm not happy about the situation. as well, the dresser came broken and scratches all over. The delivery guys took it back. I have never spoken to someone so apathetic . So now, we don't have our full order and no one tells us when the rest will come. He said 4 to 6 weeks. They never told us this, they hide the truth and once you buy they threaten you with contracts and more fees. My husband wrote a short review with a similar message but I want to add details of my experience. In June I ordered and paid in full for a wallbed. I was given a verbal commitment that the wallbed would be delivered in August. In August, and September, and October I called customer service multiple times and was told the bed would be ready in "2-3 weeks" by a very nice customer service representative. When I called at the end of October I was told there were problems with the manufacturer and it could be much longer and I was offered a refund that I would receive in the next week. It is now almost mid December and I still have no refund and no wallbed. After my call yesterday my husband wrote the negative review. First thing this morning I received a phone call from Wallbeds saying that when my husband removed the review I would receive the refund. Now this not only seems like theft, it also seems like extortion.

She helped us navigate the prices, discounts, and bundle options. The showroom had all their beds on display, and we were able to try them all to see what worked for us. We left with a great deal on a new mattress bundle that we set up and slept on last night. It was a wonderful experience!! If you want a Casper, you MUST go here and try them out.
