Bar none This is the worst customer service I have ever received!!! I waited for two hours after they made me drive in from whitewater wi only to be told they were having problems with their computers. Mind you, I have been to some terrible places but these people didn't give two shits about us after making us come back with paperwork that we had incorporated our business. Once we got the papers they told us their business department is closed on the weekends and we would need to come back Monday. Why wouldn't they have told us that right away to save us a trip. To say this was terrible service is an understatement. The manager William was an arrogant ass and just didn't give a crap. We will look elsewhere for service. So thankful to Taila and her team at this store. I had all kinds of issues to get through for the activation of some new phones. Because I hate working over the phone to fix a problem I took a gamble with going into a store. Because it is a corporate store they were able to help. I had to come back two times to get it right and both times Taila was there and very friendly and patient in helping me. Her manager, who's name I don't have, even helped my daughter with an iCloud issue. So satisfied with the service. I don't like giving 5 stars but that team earned it. read more

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon tonight! I went in 30 minutes before they closed hoping to get a quote on a new phone. Todd was the one that helped me! He walked me through on the different types of iPhones and helped me pick the best one based on my lifestyle. He was so informative and patient with my old phone issues ;-) I would highly recommend going to this location! Went to the Verizon store to pay my bill in cash, the man behind the counter was very nice & professional & informed me that he had to help other customers first......understood, meanwhile this employee named Lauren is done helping her customer & instead of saying, "I can help the next person", she just shoots me dirty looks and wipes down her area, probably because she doesn't like my race. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked over to target to get the exact change for the kiosk, as the helpful employees were busy & I knew this employee was not going to help me. read more

The manager of this store (I think his name is Souk) is honestly the rudest person I've ever encountered in customer service. I went there last year and he basically scolded me like a child when I said I didn't want to purchase insurance and rolled his eyes at me. I went back again last week to upgrade my phone and he accused me of trying to turn in a non Verizon phone despite the fact that the phone was purchased at that exact location and the serial numbers matched up. He refused to help me and told me there was nothing he could do. Went to another location (on blue mound in Brookfield) and the manager and sales associate took the time to figure out what the problem was, assured me it was a glitch in their system, and I walked out with my upgraded phone. I recently purchased a phone at Verizon and had an incredibly positive experience. From the minute I walked in the door, each person that I encountered was extremely professional. There was difficulty trying to transfer information from my existing phone to the new phone. My salesperson, Jake Werner, went over, above and beyond to try to help me solve the problem, personally spending hours on it. He was beyond patient, as I asked him question after question. I was back at least 3 times to see him and each time he helped me with whatever I needed. I would recommend him to anyone. Within in 3 days, I was probably at Verizon 5 or 6 times and EVERY time I was greeted by polite, caring, respectful and professional individuals that were eager to help me. This is at least my 4th phone that I have purchased at Verizon and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you, Verizon, for making my experience such a positive one! read more

I had a few issues with my account and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The worst part about the experience was that I had to wait about 30 minutes before a representative was able to help. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I give the representative who helped me a lot of credit, because I had many issues and it required a lot of patience. He took the time to figure everything out for me, and made sure I understood everything going on throughout my account. read more
