Just walked in and walked right out without buying or upgrading anything. Why you ask? The smell coming from this tiny little girl was atrocious, she was covered in animal hair and complaining about being pregnant. The smell was enough to make me leave plus I'm allergic to animals but her attitude actually was the reason I left. She was storming around the store talking very loudly about some drama. It was hard to focus on why I even came there in the first place. Super unprofessional- I don't think I'll be back. I think her name was Hannah from what I overheard but she wasn't wearing a name tag so idk. Went in to see about the newest android phone and the pregnant employee basically ignored me the whole time because she was too busy on her own phone to help me. Only reason I knew she was pregnant was she kept complaining about it. Her attitude towards me felt a little racists-but all I know is the level of costumer server was unacceptable. She seemed more concerned with complaining about being pregnant and her phone than helping customers. read more

I had four lines with Verizon. Went in to the store to exchange a phone as my father could not hear on it. The store manager told me he could switch my four lines into a business account as I own a business in town. However, he told me to have a business account I would need to add a 5th line. He informed me by doing so, my bill would go down $1 per month and I would basically get our internet service for free. I asked twice how much my bill would be per month. He told me it would go down $1 to 144 .00 per month. I made the switch and spend over an hour setting everything up. I asked if I could pay off the internet box instead of finance it and was asked not to for several week.... So, they could get their bonus/ credit from Verizon. Fast forward 2 weeks. I received our first bill for $248. Not exactly, what I was told by any means. I called verizon's call center as it was obvious I ahd been lied to by the store manager. They just wanted to get my business account, and whatever bonus it brought to him. The verizon call center tech informed me that I did not need to add a line at all to have a business account. The manager flat out lied to me!! Several times!!! The same manager also told me they could not activate a unlocked Verizon phone we had purchased off Ebay. The verizon tech at call center informed me " of course it can be activated". Do not use this company. They are unethical and this person is a bad representation for Verizon. Verizon let me return the DSL modem and credited my account back, but it took 2 hours of my life to get it all corrected. read more

Went to the Wallace store due to a holiday deal. Get free I watch and $400.00 off new phone if add a line. I was told the holiday deal ended even though I was there before the advertised end of the deal. I ended up paying out over $300.00 and did not get a free iwatch. My monthly bill increased. I had to leave the area and could not get back with the store to remedy this issue. I recommend doing everything on line. Do not go to this store. read more

This store has a very nice staff, always courteous. The store can definitely do with an upgrade as far as cosmetics and how the store looks. Other then that I like this store. read more

I switched from my former carrier over to Verizon. I received my phones today from FedEx. I didn't really want the hassle of doing everything online, so i stopped be the store in Wallace and very nice young man was gkad to help.
