Have have this crap since last year. Theres been periods of good internet between long periods of bad. Customer service ha ha I've had crappier encounters with vendors ( of which are many but these folks blow hard) but not many. They only sale, there is no customer service after the sale. The girl I talked to talked down to me like I was stupid. I ask for a number to talk to someone in billing and she hame reset my user name and password. And then she told me I couldn't do anything but pay the bill there. It tells you your internet is out, which I already know, and to press 1 if I want a call back when it's back on, and nothing happens when I press 1. I will be going with another service. read more

We went to the store to submit a ticket request for our other phone as We have been having connection issues unrelated to wifi calling.. We arrived an hour before closing and to access the account the lady used my wife's number to pull the account but as she didnt not have her ID and wallet I used my ID to verify the account. Even though it was a different name, she told us that we are doing it for show so she don't get in Trouble. (First violation of policy Debra by your own admission). We were then persuaded into a new phone,, and We asked if she "mywife" needed to go get her Money and ID as we wanted to upgrade her and was told we could do it later. I even offered to come back in the morning before this all started and was assured by Debra she would take care of us.. 30 minutes later after waiting for the New phone to be unlocked out of the vault things took a dark turn. When it came time to buy and check out they asked for payment. It was in the car, 10 feet out the door in the truck. We were were told we were not allowed outside since the store had closed and they were rushing us out. Then I told them we couldn't be forced to stayinside, then we were told that they can let us out but not back in. I explained the sales lady knew my wife did not have her wallet on her and we asked if she needed to get it before they closed and was told it's ok. Now, we drove out of state to a store, took off work to buy a phone and fix our issues. Never got the phone. Got kicked out of the store and treated very terrible. We have been verizon customers since the bag phone days. The staff were very unprofessional there was a male employee with short hair fussing and ranting at employees in the background and customers calling things ridiculous and fussing at coworkers. The elderly woman pretending to help us and the lady manager no caring to even allow us to pay for our merchandise or try to correct the issue they created. This is very wrong and very poor customer service. To add, there were many times were Debra was interrupting me and my wife when we were asking questions, talking or explain the answer to her question. she obviously did not want to help us. The worst customer service I've ever had. Save yourself hours of waiting for nothing and drive to the Clemson location. I've had 2 horrible experiences here. The first one I was in the store for well over an hour waiting, finally gets to be my turn. I'm with the rep for about 30 more minutes. In the middle of trouble shooting an issue. He pulls out a paper hands it to me and says "call this number I have other people to help I've been with you for too long." SERIOUSLY?! Then today I'm trying to trade in my phone and while I'm waiting, again for an hour. A couple comes in with an appointment. She tells the manager " I've changed my mind on the color iPhone 13 from black to white." Manager said no prob and brings out a white one.. so common sense would tell you there's a black one back there right? Well the dude helping me says there's no more. So I explain to him what I just overheard and that there's got to be one more in the back.. he cuts he off mid sentence and says. "I wasn't there so I don't know what to tell you." Definitely one of the better experiences I've ever had at a cellular provider location. I usually hate coming to scope out phones and plans because I dislike the vulture-like salespeople with their fake smiles who attempt every other second to sell me a "better" phone or "exceptional" add-ons or whatever else they can to boost their commission and sales. (I don't blame them per say; I blame their employers who require vulture-like stalking and excessive pushiness). I just want to be left alone to look at and compare phones, services, etc. Overall, the experience at the Seneca Verizon Wireless was positive. The salespeople were friendly and a little pushy, but not to the point of being overwhelmingly obnoxious. They left us alone to scope out the different phones and offered help when we asked for it. At one point, one of my friends decided to seek out a "good" phone recommendation from the salesperson. I was wary because I was afraid that he'd try to sell her the most expensive phone (or something comparable) but he surprised me by showing her a reasonable phone. When she asked about a special feature, he offered additional information and showed phones pertinent to her inquiry. The entire staff appeared to be very professional and one of the staff members spoke Spanish and was able to help a Spanish-speaking customer. Good experience. read more

Went to buy a phone to upgrade my current phone and get it set up realized as I was handed the bag with phone and accessories that I needed to do it. Understand that due to Covid that is their approach. But that was NEVER stated. My husband returned the phone and all the accessories the next day because we can get it online cheaper and since there is no service provided no need to pay more. After returning the phone the store had my current phone deactivated. So now I have no phone and have to spend time to get me back to where I was before walking in the store. Huge waste of my time and have no operating phone. read more

I have been in this store twice since I relocated to this area on both occasions I was greeted promptly and assisted by courteous knowledgeable folks , my most recent visit 2/16 / 2018 a young lady patiently went over my options for getting a music app. on my phone . Sounds pretty basic but not for a baby boomer she was very patient and management should be aware of customer service .
