I'll see what he has to offer and we'll go from there. He told me that AT&T has a special where they are giving away a phone with any new service. He took my information and then when running it through the cash register, he made a call to his supervisor and was told that they are not giving new phones and that I would have to pay. I told him to forget it then and I would go ahead and buy the StraightTalk phone since I already had StraightTalk service and did like using them. He said ok, but if I ever do decide to go with AT&T, then to come back and we'll get you going. I bought my StraightTalk phone and left the store. I am now receiving bills from AT&T about a service I never got for a phone I never got and a phone number that I've never used or had. I can not reach a human who speaks English to explain this too. I am given phone numbers to automated numbers that have nothing to do with my situation. I receive threatening emails from AT&T billing with no way to respond back to them. They can certainly reach out to me, but I am not given a way to contact a human in any way. So AT&T is going to ruin my credit now for a bill they will not look into. I'm so =^%#*@+/&¢ mad!! I had to give them a star in order to post this review.

Not only am I saving probably around 170/month with T mobile but they made that whole process of switching carriers, answering all my questions enjoyable. Normally being in a business like that for around the 3-4 hours I was in there I would be stressed, tired and annoyed but each and everyone of them made it a great experience chatting about life, phone stuff and everything.
