We walked in, added ourselves to the waitlist, and sat down to wait out our time. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to talk with a customer associate. Adam was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He took care of our needs for switching from our other cell provider. Everything took close to two hours, but we were pleased with all that needed to be done. The store was clean and nicely arranged to see what products they offer. I needed to upgrade my old I-Phone and Apple Watch. I got to the store about 35 mins before they closed. There were two customers ahead of me. By the time they got around to helping me it was almost closing time, but you wouldn't have guessed it because Derek gave me his full attention and his customer service was superb. He got me set up with a new watch and phone that needed to be ordered. He answered all my questions and gave me a very detailed breakdown of what I was spending and how to proceed once my new phone arrives. I have visited this store several times and their service is horrible. Wait around and no one greets you when you come into their store. After a while with three of waiting as we all walked in together, the representative began to talk to me and she cut me off, walked away to talk to another customer then came back to talk to me, seems like she should have finished our discussion as I arrived first. Due to Covid they were not watching the door closely and let too many customers in the store and after about 5 minutes in the store they then pushed us all back out (I actually understood that piece due to the concerns with COVID) but if they were managing the door closely they wouldn't have had to escort us out if they caught each one of us as we arrived and she was rather rude. I hate coming to this store. High pressure sales and not very helpful, clearly they must work on incentive/commission. Just have a hard time giving them a positive rating. They make me want to consider changing providers and going somewhere else, I see the Bellevue Verizon store has a better rating, maybe will go to another store. read more

Horrible management and failure to maintain covid protocol, too many customers waiting and the manager seemed pleased to tell a lady that they were booked on appointments for the next 2 days. And she failed to offer a solution or assistance, she was too busy watching over the employees shoulders and checking in customers after 2 or 3 arrived Those who work on commission should be aware of waiting guests and attempt to satisfy several rather then hiding out in the back break room. By this time I had moved out of Nebraska and back home to California. guess what! Excellent customer service. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before being able to talk to someone. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also eager to look up if any of the people on the bill were eligible for any discounts through their employers. He quickly found an 18% discount, and assisted me with getting a new phone. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I was surprised at how quick it went. While I was in there, an irate customer came in and was upset about something. He was screaming at the person working there, and the employee kept a calm professional demeanor. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation. To top it all off, I received a text today from someone at the store telling me to let them know if I had any questions or feedback. That's impressive to me, most places take your money and run these days. They seem to care about their customers. read more

We have been Verizon customers for 17 years, took a phone in for the 2nd time since receiving replacement phone from Verizon 4 days ago. Nick "solutions" manager didn't help with my frustration in any way shape or form. I will admit, I wasn't very happy having to make my 4th trip here in a week, but , NICK couldn't be bothered to try to help unless I was purchasing a new phone! These employees are super slow, I went to pay my phone bill one day and had a simple question of how much I owe and they put me on a wait for like twenty minutes. Understandable in a busy situation but literally every single person was just standing around with their tablet in their hand doing nothing. There were like three people in the store not including myself and at least five employees not assisting a single one of them. Then when one lady realized my boyfriend and I were tired of waiting while everyone was just talking, THEN she came over and answered my question which took like ten seconds to answer. Can't wait till February so I can end this money draining phone "service" I woulda done so a long time ago if it wasn't for the ridiculous fee that's charged to do so. read more

BE CAREFUL SIGNING UP FOR NEW PRODUCTS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU! So I thought at first I had a good experience with this location, but boy was I wrong. I just signed up a new plan as I upgraded to a new phone, they threw in an offer to give me a bunch of accessories and an LG tablet, all in exchange for my old phone. I took the deal, but I MADE IT VERY CLEAR that I did not want my tablet to have any data plans as I would only use it at home on the wifi, I had no reason to add to it to the data plan. The Verizon rep NAMED ULYSSES was the person who set me up, I wish I would have known he was lying to me when he said it would not be on my data plan. I looked at my bill and sure enough, a $10 charge/month service fee was on my bill!!! I was totally outraged, but thought it would easily be fixed. I called the Verizon CS number since the store was closed, and spoke with a rep who pretended to care, but only for a brief second. He explained that the tablet has a SIM card in it to access Verizon data towers (you know, the ones I said I didn't want access too!!). He said it would be a $350 service fee to end the "contract on that phone number" which is not even a phone number, it's just a tablet!! He said there was nothing he could do and "just go back to the store and talk to them about it". GREAT, now I can go back and wait and hour in their crappy "lounge" area and then probably just get the same information from another person who doesn't really care about their customers. I am so disgusted, this is a TOTAL SCAM. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and I could almost bet NO ONE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT. DO NOT COME HERE, IN FACT JUST AVOID VERIZON AS A WHOLE, I'VE NEVER BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEM SINCE I JOINED!! WISH ME LUCK! read more
