I didn't catch the name of the third young lady that was working today. The other two were Gwyneth and Topanga(yeah they have pretty cool names). Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about products, software and Verizon services, they were unafraid to ask each other questions to better serve me. Best service I've ever had when upgrading my phone and making sure I have the best deals on my account! Thank you ladies! So good to have you! read more

Truly the worst customer service. They didn't even get out of the chair to start. I then asked for the product i was looking for when she said they didn't have any in store. So I'm confused, how can you advertise product you don't carry in your store? I'd give you less than 1 if i could. read more

THIS STORE LIES Stay away from this store they do not care I went to this store and was lied to. I purchased an iPhone and tried to return it 23 days after its purchase as it would not hold a charge. They checked it out and said their policy was a 14 day return policy.. I said it was not charging. ( very different than returning it because I didn't want or like it) They said that was their policy. . I called the Verizon headquarters who said they should have taken it back that due to the crisis they extended the return policy to 30 days. THIS STORE LIES they did not even call. VERY POOR SERVICE, IN FACT NO SERVICE AT ALL read more

While my first experience at the store had several problems, my second experience made up for those. Michelle corrected all the errors that we're made during my first visit. This was no easy matter. It required several complicated procedures on the computer and messages and phone calls to the company's headquarters. But she refused to give up until everything was set right. From now on, whenever I go to this store to get any help or make any upgrades to my phone or any changes to my wireless account, I'm going to call ahead and make sure Michelle is there. read more

I was recommended to go to this Verizon Store opposed to the store down the road, and I'm so glad I did. This place is great! They are friendly, explained things to me in a way I could understand, and took their time. They made me feel like I was their top priority. GoWireless Verizon was also appealing to my mother, who finds technology stores a little overwhelming. I would definitely go back and recommend the store to anyone. Make sure to ask for Taylor - he is very competent and friendly! Thank, GoWireless! read more
