They will not answer the phone and have no functioning VM system. Friendly enough in store help.

I was paying a fortune for Verizon, so I stopped in the T-Mobile store in Heber City, UT, to see…read morewhat a bill would look like with T-Mobile. The store manager told me that he would wave all my activation fees, add a 3rd line for free (we were giving my daughter a phone), give us an iPhone for half price, and get all 5 Apple Watches over, and keep my bill under $200. I was like, "Deal." I don't know if I seemed comfortable with them, but the manager at the store told me that there's a sensor above the door that is able to count the adults that come to the store. For every adult that comes in, they have to do an average of $50 of business. So if you really want to mess with them, just keep walking in and out of the store but not buy anything. The first problem was when I went home, I discovered that none of the watches were connected properly. I then called support. The first people you talk to are tier 1 support people in India, but their support capabilities seem to be limited to a certain scope. After quite a while, I finally got to their highest level of support. He was very helpful and also apologetic that the store didn't do anything properly. I had to reset each watch, and he manually brought the watch on their network and tied it to the proper phone. The second problem was when I looked at my account. I noticed that it was far higher than $200. It turns out that they added a $15/mo. charge on each phone for accident/theft. I already have AppleCare on each of my phones, so this was redundant, and it was shady considering they didn't mention anything about it. I called the store, and one of the sales reps said that it was a required monthly charge for the first month. I complained on Twitter (something I often do when I seem to get nowhere with a company), and the T-Mobile social media support team was very apologetic. When I called support they took it off my bill right away. I suppose maybe the store was short on their quota and that was one of the sly tricks on how they make up for it. The third problem was that the service was incredibly slow. It said 5G, but it was more like 3G. A lot of times I have to start a Zoom meeting at home, and then continue it in the car when I'm taking kids to school. I've never had a Zoom meeting drop on AT&T and Verizon, but my Zooms and calls were constantly cutting in and out. It was insane. I'm not a mobile technology expert, but T-Mobile's "5G" seems like a lot of smoke and mirrors. It's far slower and less reliable than Verizon. I went to the store and complained to the manager. He was like, "Oh it could be because the tower closest to you has been down." He also wanted to reset my carrier settings and try a new sim card. I also noticed that he slyly put my cell phone on their wifi. So of course if I'm on wifi then it'll work lightning fast. I could tell he really didn't know what he was talking about. After all, he never properly set up my devices when I was in there a week prior. Unfortunately, I continued having the same problems, and I determined that T-Mobile is not for me, so I switched back to Verizon and got a better deal in the process. When I went to take my phone back to another store, they said they had to charge me $50 for a restocking fee. I told them that was never mentioned to me, and she said it was listed on my receipt. I also never got a receipt. T-Mobile may or may not be for you... I don't know. But in my experience using AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, there's a big difference between the corporate stores and the certified retail/resellers (like this store is). The lack of transparency and some of the shady sales tactics show that these arbitrary sales quotas result in bad customer service practices.

I called, the manager said they had the rest of the charger and the cost would be about 40 dollars. I went in and at leat a 1 hour wait time is my guess with 1 employee and 8 customers. I asked them If i can buy this at Wal-Mart? Looked at me then ignored me. I went to Wal-Mart and bought what I needed for 11 dollars. I spent 1400.00 dollars for the phone and accessories. Please do better in training your management team!

In addition, the store representative told us we would receive a $100 gift card for each phone line in our family plan. We never received the gift cards. In trying to resolve the above differences as well as billing differences between what was quoted to us vs what we were charged, we were told the district manager would call us. The district manager did not call us in spite of us calling several times and leaving messages. I would not recommend doing business with this location. This is apparently a franchise store, not a corporate AT&T store.

They even put my old sim card in the new phone. Why wouldn't I have thought it was just an upgrade? To make matters worse, the associate I dealt with in the Park City store was only filling for day, he was from Heber City store. When I called the manager (Washington) he told me that he can't do anything about a transaction at his store made by someone who was working in his store but doesn't work for him, he suggested I call the Heber City store. I did and got the run around to call back to the Park City store. It's laughable. Stay away from this store.

I walked into the door and they were four guys huddled around the reception post just inside the door. I looked at them, they looked at me, they went back to talking, then remembered they were supposed to say hello... Lol - they said hello I said where the mouse's and the keyboards and he courteously said they're back in the back. I'll be right there, I said I didn't really need any help yet but thank you. - I went back there found a keyboard with a trackpad built into it up to the front and what seemed like another interruption, I asked the guy if this would fill my needs. - Turned out it wouldn't so I asked if there was another type of mouse with a track feature like a magic mouse. - he proceeded towards the keyboard area, no words were spoken yet - Thinking that we had a communication gap, I asked again if he knew of any mouse with a trackpad feature on it that didn't cost $89 like a magic mouse and he sort of made a noise that sounded like no - we continue to poke around in that area, unable to find an insignia or other keyboard and mouse that would mimic the magic types of Apple, so I acquiesced and asked if I could buy a magic mouse and keyboard. - he opened the locked cabinets, pulled out the items and handed them to me Anyway, it was in fact, timely and thorough customer service, but I'm not sure what it is these days with the kids they just don't talk, I want them to engage Better with the customer... And I want Best Buy to succeed because we need them in the community. Anyway, the boomer in me would like us all to mimic the customer service of old... Lol Signed, Conscientious boomer

This is understandable given the current labor shortage. However, the store itself has a few issues. Many basic items are not in stock. The floor is also very disorganized, with cardboard boxes and packaging all over the place, as well as merchandise falling over or on the floor. Products also aren't sorted in any seemingly logical way. Things in the same category are spread throughout the store and on shelves where they shouldn't belong. Basically, this store seems extremely poorly managed and noticeably understaffed.
