OMG. This company needs to seriously improve their Artificial Intelligence, improve customer service rep training and improve online access. I got incorrect information from the first rep I waited over 15 minutes for today who directed me online. I was unable to sign onto my mobile account and spent over 20 minutes waiting for the second rep. The second rep knew much more than the first rep and told me I couldn't have accomplished my goals online where the first rep had directed me to conduct my business. Maddeningly frustrating trying to make any Verizon changes. I stick with Verizon because my iPads are tied to Verizon for LTE and I'd need to purchase new iPads if I changed. read more

I am shocked at how awful the customer service is! I simply called with questions about my bill as I was making a road trip. The rep was unable to answer my questions, mentioned "system errors" happen from time to time, etc. It was unbelievably frustrating! I have had horrible service from AT&T, T-Mobile and now Verizon. I don't know what's happening. Years ago people knew what they were talking about and you could count on quality, efficient service. I cannot count how many times I was hung up on simply because the rep was tired of trying to solve my issue. The last call was ONE HOUR and TWENTY minutes. I asked for a supervisor after being baffled by the inept customer service from the rep. After TWENTY MINUTES of waiting for the supervisor, I was told the supervisor would have to call me. I explained this is not possible unless they give me the number the rep will be calling from so my phone doesn't reject the call as spam - I can add the number to my contacts so the call comes through. Nope. The rep would not and could not provide this. And NOPE. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Absolutely blown away. Blown away. read more

I'm sitting here right now and have been waiting over 40 minutes to make a simple return. When I was here last week the wait time was just as bad. The employees are helpful but they seem extremely understaffed. Stay away if you can. read more

It is very hard to find a good Verizon dealership anywhere in my opinion and this is one of the bad ones. Do not go here. For no reason you will have to wait for extended periods of times. I had two encounters with the manager and she was so rude and argued with me instead of doing her job and helping me. Will not be coming back. Writing a complaint to corporate. read more
