A Samsung phone has repetitive,?reoccurring issues. Without checking settings, A new employee (who should have been home for wearing a low cut shirt and leaning over the counter to help) offered a new sims card without investigating or asking what the problems were. She promptly got up to leave but I asked if I could have more of her assistance where, in return all I received was a hard cold stare. I decided to elaborate a tad but she kept pushing her chair in to leave. I asked if she was too busy to help me and she had nothing to say to me. I could definitely tell that she was done with me. Unfortunately I had to exchange my headphones for a tablet. She insisted that the headphones I bought would be fine. I finally got her to exchange them for the ones that worked. I give a 2. Because again, her attire was inappropriate to say the least. I rarely comment about attire but in combination with the attitude I decided to rate the package.

After being a Cellular one customer for a number of years my phone was suspended recently because I…read moreneeded to bring in a death certificate. I was not told I needed to do whis within a week and have indeed changed phones since his death two years ago. Never in the seeral visits I have made to the store was I told I had a deadline in which to bring this in. I owed not one cent and had been told to bring it in some time when it was convenient. Of course I would forget and as long as the bill was being paid did not realize it was a deal. I thought since i had my account and it was combined into one I was still a person in their eyes. I have paid my bill and his because I keopt his account on at first because of his farming business contacts and after because i just had a hard time letting go of yet one more part of him. After all I could call his cell phone and hear his voice! I have never been talked to as rudely as I was by their supposed "Customer service" not EVER in my life. They told me I was not on the account, after having a separate account in my name and at their suggestion combining it into one account. But the kicker is them chrging me $250.00 to close it out. Then they told me I would be sent yet one more bill. I owed them $3.23 at the time this month's bill was due and it had already been paid. I had double paid them the last month because their on line payment is so lacking it does not give you a confirmation when you pay, so I did it again to make sure they were paid. I have been paying this bill for years because of my husband's visual impairment. The only reason I stayed with them is because there was at one time a VERY nice young man who would take a lot of time to see that my husband had a phone that he could see with a magnifying glass. He is gone now and although the young lady i dealt with was nice and felt badly about the $250.00 charge, the corporate or customer service peiople were ruthless on the phone to me and to her and when I spoke with them on the phone in the store. If there was an even lower rating I would give it to them. I hear all kinds of horror stories from people who are leaving them. I went to AT and T and they were nice to me. I was a prior A t and T customer before I was changed to Cellular one afainst my will when the break-up occured years ago. I tried to be loyal, they did not! I would ot recommend them to anyone!!!!!
