I went in to the store multiple times to try to straighten out several billing issues with a multiple line phone. They could not fix the issue, other than to tell me that my husband was paying for someone else's phone. So we left Verizon. There was no way to speak to anyone by phone in this country about the final bill. They didn't understand the bill either. Three hours of being transferred to person after person who was reading from a script, with no resolution. Went back to this store again, to be told I could not turn the phone back in, the husband still had the pay off a brand new phone someone else charged on the account, but they sure were efficient at taking our money. I came into the store today because I thought my phone had crapped the bed and Ms. Salad was able to fix it for me and the get me into a new phone very seamlessly the whole trip took less the 45 mins in store. I placed an order online to be picked up by my husband and for some reason the owner decided to sell my husband more expensive phones and cases, my husband is naive and took the bait, nonow days later still no phone, he said the owner was also very inappropriate with him as well, with my 9 month old son there. I have been dealing with Verizon on overcharges for months. I have been promised calls back to verify corrections, I have been promised refunds on amounts overcharged. None of these things have happened. I have had to practically beg to get a discount that is advertised on their site. We traded in phones and are being charged for both the old and the new. We have not been credited for the returned phones. I have spent hours in the store and on the phone. Perhaps by posting this, I will get a response from the company. I am currently looking at other carriers. I am at the point that I am willing to give up some of the coverage in order to get a fair bill. Speaking of which, not one single time has anyone at Verizon been able to give me an EXACT quote of what my bill should be if they ever correct the issues. I have been with Verizon for years. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. I am completely and utterly disgusted that I am being robbed by a company that I have been loyal to for such a long time. Worst service ever. Would give negative stars if possible. Was told a month ago that I could transfer a pre pay phone plan that they are discontinuing to my post pay plan and the balance would roll over from plan to plan. I went in 2 days ago to do so and they say they couldn't do this. We would loose the balance on my pre pay line. They gave me a transfer phone number to call for help. I did so while I was in the Verizon store. I was told they can't help and transfer to pre pay line. I was told they couldn't help and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. The sales associate stated she tried to call after that with the same result. I was given a number to call the Verizon loyalty team. I called several times. All resulting in a text message asking me to text chat rather than speak with me. I have transferred my phone service today and this line is no longer a Verizon phone. My family who are long-standing Verizon customers are also looking to change carriers. read more

Great store! Employees were extremely helpful and, even though they were very busy, they took their time with us. Theresa was our salesperson and she went over our account throughly to see if she could save us money on our bill. We live out of state and have visited many Verizon stores. This one, is far superior than any other one I've been to. read more

Their selection is okay, their staff is hit or miss. The last time I went in there was when I had an appointment and was told to have a seat. After waiting 40 minutes I questioned why I am waiting they said my appointment didn't matter. Terrible service. read more
