The lady told him that she didn't know what he needed and to look in his manual, hmmm aren't these people suppose to know what you need for the tractor you bought from them. He just hung up on her. He called back and got a male on the phone and folks he didn't even know and told him to look at his manual. SMH ‍ Im still shaking my head in disbelief!!!! He told him they don't do mobile maintenance due to the guy has to work in the shop now. So my husband looked in the manual and wrote down everything. He called back and got the same guy in parts and placed an order.
