One of them was even willing to go to the main store with me when we ran into a snag, but that was soon ironed out without having to do so. My plan was to just go to them with a few questions while remaining on the fence about leaving my other provider, but after they informed me about the additional benefits I would receive as a Club and Plus member, I was sold. Next I dial their phone number, listened to a lot of legal crap, and then tried to figure out how to reach "sales". It feels like the last thing they want to do is sell stuff. Finally, talking to a clerk, after not being able to get the order straight after five minutes, I hung up and phoned Mouser. What a shame, as Digikey was once a nice company.

I have used this credit card to purchase items from many different vendors and have never been asked for an ID check. When I called customer service, they said their procedure requires ID verification before they will process a credit card transaction. I cancelled this order because this policy makes no sense, no other company I have purchased from does this. I am uncomfortable giving them a copy of my driver's license due to the amount of identity theft that occurs. I do not recommend Digi-Key.

There's not a huge selection for women maybe just because it's in Grand Forks but for the men's, there are backpacks, water bottles, heavy jackets, light suit jackets, scarfs, gloves, button down shirts, and a lot of other nice wear. If you're an Eddie Bauer fan and a guy then this place is a good start for you but the prices can be very expensive as a college student. If you're willing to pay a lot for the name brand, that's awesome but there's also a Scheel's a couple steps away from this store. Overall, this place is good just to browse in once in awhile on the way to other stores just to see if anything is on sale or is a good deal, but I wouldn't make it a regular stop on my shopping stops.

They called every store in the Midwest and nobody had it, so I ended up buying a similar jacket. These guys were incredibly helpful and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received.

They offer a variety of gift items, collectors items, cards, normal pharmacy options, and housewares. A few of their offers are at a higher cost than competitors in the area. It is very convenient to get several items here in one stop. The pharmacy has shields up in place at the counter and distancing signs. The pharmacists are helpful and professional. About 80% of the time they have asked if I had any questions or need further instructions for prescriptions. Lately there have been short wait times, if any. If you need to fill a prescription, I'd highly suggest Thrifty White.
