When he put my glass screen protector on, he did it wrong and even admitted he did. There were bubbles all over it, and he didn't offer to replace it. Over the next few months it began to crack a lot because of it. We got a warranty for the phone itself and for everything on it. About a year and a half later that phone broke and wouldn't turn back on. On google it said to do the thing on the iTunes website but I was unable to because I didn't own a computer at the time. When I went to the store to get it fixed, the guy plugged it into a charger for 2 minutes and when it didn't turn on he told me it was broken and didn't even try to fix it. I had no intention of buying a brand new phone when I walked into that store, and I was almost certain it was fixable. Turns out the previous guy we were working with didn't actually let us get the warranty for the phone itself so I had to pay for it. When I was picking out a new phone I wanted to get an iPhone again because I just prefer that brand. He kept pressuring me to get a Google Pixel, even when I told him I didn't. He was very persistent and I understand that's his job but he kept making me feel like my opinion of what phone I wanted was wrong. He convinced a family member I was with to buy a brand new phone too. But this time he put he screen protecter on perfectly and gave me both warranties.

I've worked for cellphone company's such as sprint and Verizon as a sales rep and I know when a worker is just trying to push a metric so they don't take a negative hit. I ask them straight to not lie and they lied to my face and told me that protection is absolutely required(false). If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. At least have integrity to know when you're caught in a lie.

To top things off, the phones were not set-up properly to begin with! Terrible customer service!
