Honestly 2 stars is to much, Verizon store manager mislead me in my purchase of new phone & merchandise, she said that I needed their products in order for the warranty on phone to work, then when asked the following day about this she looked me in the eye and denied having said that. I was supposed to be given a refund on one item that she agreed to take back, she took the merchandise but I never got the refund, finally after many phone calls the company sent us a note saying that they would take the items back but it had to be done within 30 days of the purchase, there were only 5 days left on the 30 days window and I couldn't get into the store. So I paid $285. for unnecessary products. Very disappointed in this store &!management. read more

Buyer beware! This is not a corporate store and I've been put through the ringer returning a device that didn't work. When you call the business number you go to Verizon and not this Victra 3rd party dealer who sold the unit and service. Countless hours and visits to store have been wasted dealing with this company! New I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them negative stars. They are the worse place to do business with. They convinced my mother in law that she had to purchase $200 worth of accessories from them or her phone would not be covered if something happened to it. Then they didn't transfer the lines correctly and added a phone line to my account that I DID NOT Authorize. I went to the store with her set everything up and she was going to pick up the new phone a few days later, but when she picked it up they took advantage of her not knowing what she was doing and convinced her she had to get things she didn't need and added lines that I have no idea about. I returned with her to the store and spoke to the lady (Megan) that "helped " her. As I was explaining that my mother in law thought she had to purchase the accessories because of the way she presented it to her, the lady yelled out she was not going to apologize she didn't do anything wrong. I told her that the way it was explained to my mother in law was deceptive and she thought she absolutely had to get the items. She was rude and called my mother in law a liar. However while we were waiting to speak to her I overheard her telling another elderly couple the same thing and had them purchasing things they didn't need. So I know she makes it sound like they have to buy from her. So if you are elderly or just not sure what you are needing I advise you to go somewhere else and ask before you let her "rob" you. read more

My husband and I went in the Cleveland Ga store because we heard wonderful things about it. We drove over 40 minutes for this very reason. . It did NOT disappoint. We had a sales rep named STEVEN. In all our years owning a cell phone this was the BEST customer service from a cellular representative we EVER got. So if any of you Verizon upper crust are reading this review... this guy is going places. We will drive 40 minutes to see STEVEN in Cleveland Ga EVERY TIME and ANYTIME we need ANYTHING from Verizon. I hope anyone reading this and needs a superior sales rep for your cell needs. Go see THIS GUY. Thanks Steven. You have some very happy Verizon owners now. read more
