She never once acted rushed or frustrated, even though the store was packed because it was the beginning of the month. I honestly sat there amazed as I watched her patiently help customer after customer while continuing to work on my issue. She was kind, thorough, professional, and determined. She refused to give up until she found the solution--and she did! She fixed everything that 611 said couldn't be fixed. Customer service like this is rare these days, and when you experience it, people should hear about it.
