This was the first verizon/bullfrog store where I felt I'd been taken care of fully. I've lived in several States while in my plan and the care and time spent with me in this particular store was exponential better than anywhere else I have recieved thus far. I have been so frustrated on previous occasions with the lack of customer service in some stores that I was a little sardonic about having to go in versus calling the general number. I won't lie. At one point I was going to switch carriers when I could all because of one particular store with which I dealt. I was lucky enough to get the Manager when it was my turn. She listened patiently to my long winded tirade about the issues and questions I had (which I had been struggling with for months previously) concerning the multiple devices and their contracts. She then took me step by step through the details of my plan and all the questions therein. She made awesome recommendations that ended up saving me money and also introduced me to different items that I felt like I could really utilize with all my devices. (I love the case/charger for my iPhone!!) I haven't had any issues since, but if I did, I wouldn't call the 1-800 number, I'd just call her 'cause I keep her business card in my wallet, her name is Taylor Smith). read more

I am reluctant to let salespeople wait on me because I think most of them BS just to make a sale. But I was really needing a new phone as my old phone was barley even working. I went in and this nice young man (I think his name was Al) helped me find the right phone and the price was right too. I told him that I am a customer for life if they always treat the customers like this. I highly recommend Verizon Bullfrog and if Al is there, ask for him. Well just went into this store got great service again from Cindy semintal. I obtained a LG g2 about month ago and so far service and everything has been great I can ask them almost any question about the phone and they have provided me with the most accurate information they can offer but Ya so far everything has been going good so I'll give them a five star rating!!! read more
