We had an amazing help from the automotive section we had loose lugnuts and they were able to fix…read morethem. All the automotive bays were filled and the employees were busy working with the line of cars and empty the bays. We had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come and assist us they quickly were able to fix the problem and a loud my friend who was driving to Double check the work. We appreciated that. Since it was a tire, that needed looking after. After we visited the automotive part of the store we parked out front saw a buggy I went to use and thank heaven my friend was there to help push me in the store. We saw a greeter and told them that the buggy was very low on battery and needed to be plugged in. We went to use our respective restrooms. I pleasantly surprised how clean smelling the bathroom was and each of the stalls were. Ie: the floors were clean of trash, toilets clean on the inside and outside bag hooks in each stall area were clean. The only complaint I have is that I have to use the larger stall and the bag hook was on the stall door. I had to bring my bag with me to the toilet because of my disabilities. After I used the my bag there was no place placed for me to hang it up or set down except on the ground of the stall. Which I didn't feel comfortable with doing.do I held onto it while using the toilet. It would be very helpful for someone with my disabilities and have a hook or a shelf near the toilet to set my bag on in arms reach of the toilet. As we were leaving the greater said thank you for visiting and hoped we had a good rest of the day.

All he would have to have done was look at me and maybe nod, that he was aware of my existence. I didn't know it, there was also a tech past him. Bell rang for drive thru. She came up, got his script and took it to him. Glanced at me but never said a word. Went back, not to be seen again. I waited past 10 minutes then walked out. I am great with waiting if someone acknowledges me, but to be ignored is very poor customer service.

Oh buddy, we came coasting in here on fumes. I like to play my mileage game a little tight to keep…read moremy brain occupied. The new truck does a lot of the math for me, but I still like to play it a little close based on mileage, so by the time I came in to the bustling metropolis of Burley I was already in the post gas warning light territory. Luckily, this Maverik shines like a beacon of hope for the "makin' good time" folks like me. It's located very conveniently off of the freeway, with just a small jaunt off the ramp until you are filled with the hope-filled lights of the pumps and awning, and the big Maverik sign that beckons you in. In I went, as a road trip pit stop is not complete without filling up the gas tank in the car and emptying the inner tank, ifyaknowwhadduhmean. From the looks of the insides, I could have filled my belly with all the regular snacks and foods, but this was a quick in and out. Both the tank fill and tank emptying were done successfully, cleanly, and with a little jaunt to let the pup stretch her legs. At 8am on a Sunday morning, the women's bathroom had debris on the floor and full trash receptacles...with a line of female travelers waiting to use the two stalls 3. No toilet paper in women's bathroom! 4. Unattended service counter with customers waiting. 5. A young women called from the back appeared to not have the decision making authority to take timely action on toilet paper shortage. Hopefully it will be better next time.
