I'm glad i did. the young middle eastern gentleman was great with assistance. although he doesn't know it, as more of these cannabis/head shop/smoke shops open up, what's going to differentiate them from the other competitors will be 1. Product Knowledge, and 2. Customer Service. Price of course is a consideration but selling something for slightly cheaper then your competitors won't make a difference if your customer service sucks. great experience. when i'm back next year for my annual fishing trip i'll be sure to stop by.

Compared to the big box stores, the customer service and knowledge is far superior. They stand behind the products they sell. My experience includes buying everything from roofing materials to hand tools. Prices are competitive and larger orders can be delivered. They have a symbiotic relationship with the Leech Lake Building Center in Walker which allows them to expand their geographic reach and provide more variety between the 2 locations.

They also carry multiple options within each department which allows you a variety of choices to help fit your needs. The staff are pretty exceptional for the most part, greeting you as you pass and offering assistance to ensure you find what you need. The pricing is also pretty completive on most items as well. Anyway, good find and a store that has been in regular rotation for me and mine prior to this whole COVID concern.

I stopped in to have my ring resized before I left the state for the winter months, I quickly realized that the ring was too large. But because I was out of state and then Covid hit I was unable to stop back in .However when I was back in the state able to stop in , I asked them to resize it for me againI was re charged to have it sized correctly. A few months after this service my ring broke in the area that it had been cut to resize. Again I had to stop in for a repair and this time I was not charged. Although I was not charged for this repair I was told they could not guarantee their work unless I paid several hundreds to add extra gold to reinforce the broken area. This whole process has taken several years and I feel that I probably have a ring that is weaker than when I had originally taken it in and it has cost me several hundreds. Sadly, after many years of loyalty to this business I am unable to trust their workmanship and so I will not be shopping there again.
