I am so happy they were able to deliver and set up my machine (in Moorhead, from their storefront in Bemidji). They did an amazing job. The price of delivery and set up is included in the sale price (which was a great value). I ordered during a HandiQuilter van event and even got 20% off all of my HandiQuilter accessories (thanks!). I requested a drawer be installed and they are coming back to install it and service some tension issues I cannot seem to figure it out myself. I cannot imagine this level of care and concern from any other store. A Stitch in Time is in a class of its own. God Bless!!

I had originally found a package deal on the appliances online but went to see what they could do. Not thinking they would be able to even come close to the deal I had found, Wes blew the online deal out of the water and we ended purchasing even higher end appliances. He personal service, great attitude and willingness to work a deal with us was amazing. I highly recommend SND for all your appliance needs. My family and I have shopped at Ken K Thompson for 40 years. However ,recently I have been very…read moredisappointed with the level of service I have received . I stopped in to have my ring resized before I left the state for the winter months, I quickly realized that the ring was too large. But because I was out of state and then Covid hit I was unable to stop back in .However when I was back in the state able to stop in , I asked them to resize it for me againI was re charged to have it sized correctly. A few months after this service my ring broke in the area that it had been cut to resize. Again I had to stop in for a repair and this time I was not charged. Although I was not charged for this repair I was told they could not guarantee their work unless I paid several hundreds to add extra gold to reinforce the broken area. This whole process has taken several years and I feel that I probably have a ring that is weaker than when I had originally taken it in and it has cost me several hundreds. Sadly, after many years of loyalty to this business I am unable to trust their workmanship and so I will not be shopping there again.
