My parents had a terrible experience with a dishonest employee including the manager. They were…read moreover charged for mileage, lied about how much time was spent at their home replacing a broken part in their furnace. About one third of their bill was to replace the part and the remaining two thirds of their bill was add-ons ( incorrect mileage, incorrect time the technician spent replacing the part, charged for using company vehicle, charged for 2 separate house calls due to tech not having part on hand). It took 20-30 minutes to replace the part but the service tech wrote down it took him 2 hours. The customer service is terrible and when a call was made to discuss the in correct charges they became very defensive and didn't want to hear anything my parents had to say. To make a long story short, I would highly discourage anyone using this company for any of your service needs.
