I've had some repair work done here: an effects pedal and a guitar set-up. Fast service, quality work, and honest people. This place seems on the level. But of course, you'd pretty much have to live in Bemidji to frequent them... Anybody on Yelp in Bemidji? ...just checking. read more

I bought a stereo here, they blamed my wiring, bull. They tried to fix it but made a mess in the meantime, used up my return time, and wouldn't take it back. Every time I want to listen to the stereo I have to reset it. Thanks a lot Overbeeks and not a very friendly place to begin with unless they actually realize "Oh my they do have money". read more

It took 20-30 minutes to replace the part but the service tech wrote down it took him 2 hours. They always get things done by when they say, their guys are always courteous and polite, and when they do things they do them right. Prices are fair. They're honest and they'll shoot very straight with you. Sometimes communication could be a bit better. Things always get sorted out when they float up to the top (Bryan and/or Graham), but sometimes the people below don't know what's going on. In fairness to them, like 90% of their business occurs in the two 4 week periods in May and September when everything goes in and everything comes out of the 50 lakes around Bemidji, so things get a bit crazy, and I get it.

When the storm came through, LePier was down on our shoreline that very night. The owner privided us with a quick estimate and we were able to file our claim with the insurance the following day. The lift was repaired and replaced swiftly. LePier gets 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a little hassle in establishing service. Here's a tip: If you feel as though you are getting the run around from the staff. Ask for Brian (he is the owner) and leave a message on his phone. It's amazing how quickly the process was started from there!!
