I appreciate the extra effort and will report back. Either way, I'm already pleased with the high level of intelligence, and respectful listening (I am a woman, so frequently on the receiving end of 'mansplaining', even in the Northeast). Through endless googling and a snafu of odd business connections, I found them. I'm so glad I did!

I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Janine at Kay's Jewelers in Leominster. After my mother…read morepassed away, I inherited her wedding ring--an incredibly sentimental piece that holds so much meaning for me. I had taken it to a reputable local jeweler to have the diamonds secured, believing the work was complete. When I visited Kay's to have a separate bracelet cleaned, I showed Janine my mother's ring. She gently and respectfully pointed out a few areas that had been missed and still needed repair. Her attention to detail and care for such a meaningful piece truly touched me. Without hesitation, she offered to send it to their repair person. When I got the ring back, I was speechless. The difference was night and day--it looked better than I ever imagined possible. The craftsmanship was incredible, and I could feel how much care went into the restoration. Janine, thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and for treating my mother's ring as more than just jewelry. I am forever grateful to you for preserving such a cherished memory.

If she treats her customers with disrespect, I can only imagine how she treats the employees that work under her. I have spent thousands of dollars at Kay's over the past decade. My first experience did not bode well at this location. I figured I would give them a second chance to improve; boy was I wrong. As a customer, I should not have to travel to other Kay locations to get the service the company prides themselves on. They need to do something about their Manager.

Woman said "call back tomorrow when the manager is in." 11/2/25 - Call again- talk to the manager this time. He says "we can't take it back after 2 days. We can give you $15 off." Why is the solution to give $15 off but still pay you more money for a faulty product? It is also not our fault it was 2 days after purchase because we called yesterday when it was 1 day and you were not in- not on us. Stand by your product and don't make me pay more money for something that's going to fail after 1 day. It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to have taken 4500 hits of a vape bar in a day so assuming that without offering a replacement is a ludicrous claim. They don't die after 1 day. Make it make sense.
