The man helping me turned and asked the lady at the desk. She came over and with a snotty attitude said this one was better quality. She then asked what kind of tv I was hooking it up too and gave a sarcastic sounding " that's unfortunate " because my TV isn't a Samsung. I'm not sure what any of that had to do with my want of the Samsung MHL to HDMI Adapter. Apparently asking if they carried an item is the same as asking for opinions. I'll stick to best buy for everything.

Speaking of delivery, the men who delivered the TV were true professionals. They were friendly and polite and handled the TV like it was their own. We bought from another store and had to return our TV twice due to poor handling. With Paul's TV, however, the entire process was perfection. I went to pick up an online order today and had a very disappointing experience with Todd. We used…read morea virtual card to place the order and showed him the card details along with valid ID. Everything matched, but he insisted a physical card was required--even though nothing in the ordering process mentioned this. He also claimed online orders "aren't connected to his store," which makes no sense in 2025 when everything is digital. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, he simply told us to "call online," even though their online department wasn't open yet. Because of Todd's unprofessional and outdated approach, what should have been a simple order pickup turned into a frustrating waste of time. What's even more concerning is that Todd still makes photocopies of physical credit cards and staples them to orders--meaning stacks of customers' CC numbers are just sitting around the store. That's not just old-school; it's a serious security risk. We've been customers for 30 years, and after this experience, we won't be returning. Once their separate online store opens, we'll be canceling entirely. If you're an online buyer--beware. There is zero mention anywhere that virtual cards aren't accepted, nor that a physical card is required for pickup. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy, outdated policies, and complete absence of common sense.

This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items. I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!

For an example; a bigger target might have 50 different version & colors of plate sets (dishes) & this one might have 25 different versions. This place has tons of groceries (fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen & canned goods). Large supply of food similar to the big store version. This location also has home goods such as bedding, kitchen & bath items. This place also have a decent electronic section but not as big as the bigger version. This location also have clothing & swim suits (of all sizes including plus) but not a big selection. This location offers self checkout out lines only. For parking I just park on the nearest side street by cold stone creamery (metered parking that I tend to not pay for as I am in & out quickly) and walk through the alley to get to the store doors. This location has a back & front entrance you can access on the main grand River Street. I always use the back door as it is more convenient.
