If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. They fixed it the second time free of charge, they also had to fix my speakers due to the damage caused by their failure. I asked them REPEATEDLY if the phone was fine again for water, they assured me it was, and that it was back up to its water rating. I wasnt entirely sure so I have been careful around water, until today. While cleaning my cats fountain I accidentally got some water on the phone, didn't think anything of it because its been fixed correctly the second time around, right? WRONG.
