One of the most recent trips in was told in the very near future that my model could be turned in and receive a $50.00 credit for a new phone. I decided to wait for the promo and but didn't get a message so called again, "Oh it just stared". Cool, I drove straight over. The new phone had already picked out but found that had also been recalled "due to the battery sparking and catching fire." Wait what, could you repeat that please? The idea of walking around and having my purse or pocket ignite into flames was a bit disturbing (ladies you know how much we spend on our bags). Disappointed but determined to get a new phone started a little homework on two others that were worth looking at. This is a corporate store so all phones and promotions are current. We first had Molly Maid service out a few weeks ago for an initial cleaning. The two ladies who…read morecame out were wonderful. Drove a company car, wore branded shirts. They were totally professional and did a very thorough job. We liked them so much that we requested the same team for 2 weeks later with the intent of becoming a twice monthly customers. The 2nd visit was different. One of the girls was the same, the other had evidently left the company. No worries there, personnel changes are part of business. Was still confident the cleaning would match up to the first. They finished in well under 2 hrs. Several things were simply not done (or not done well). For instance: The kitchen was wet-moped, but seemed like it wasn't swept. I did hear a vacuum in the kitchen, wondering if it was just vacuumed and not swept? Later that night we swept and found a lot of dirt under the table, in corners, etc...places a vacuum would not get. In the dining room there was standing dirt under the dining room table. Not sure if that room was moped either. My understanding was all cloth covered furniture would be vacuumed, it was the first visit. On the 2nd, it was not and there were crumbs, etc. on couches, pillows and cushions not straightened. All around the house we have child protection plugs in our sockets with grandkids coming in often. These were taken out to vacuum (of course) and left on the floor, not returned to the plugs. Dusting open flat surfaces seems like it was done with a dry cloth, no Pledge or other cleaner on it. Looks like dust was just pushed around in many areas. The first time they came out, we were very happy, things seemed to be clean and sanitary. Second time, a totally different story. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. We paid $140, and as I understand it, that was for up to 2 hrs. They were here less than 1.5 hrs and so much was simply not done. While this may have been a one-off (and I hope that is was), it is fully half our experience with the company. We will go a different direction for our regular cleanings. YMMV

Extremely disappointed with the service. The cleaning was careless and completely unacceptable. I…read morewouldn't even consider allowing the company to come back for a re-clean after the way my home was treated. They were quick to leave just an hour in, yet barely did more than a surface wipe-down. I took videos and photos to document everything and sent them to the company. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with on the phone added to the frustration--rude and dismissive, as if it was my fault their cleaners did such a poor job. Not only was my time wasted, but I was charged for a service that was worse than what my 8-year-old could have done. I wasn't yelling or being aggressive--I was simply expressing my experience and requesting a refund, especially since we are heading out of town. If this is how they operate, I truly don't see how they can continue doing business. Better training, better cleaners, and basic customer courtesy are desperately needed. Received a call back. Again offering to come back and clean as of my time wasn't wasted enough I just want my money back. If there were just a few issues then ok, but the entire house had issues. They barely even did a service clean. NO! I do not want to use your company. If anything you should be sued for theft of services. I just want a refund and to never use this company again. This is the most insane experience. Like why are you making this difficult. I gave them videos. Their own staff said how embarrassing it was. Just give me a refund and do better for another customers that wants to give you business.
