Came in to transfer an old…read morephone to a new phone and the guy was standing behind the counter, I stood there for a moment and then said "hello" the guy looked up and said "hello" extremely rude, then I said "can you help me?" He then said "can't you see I'm helping someone else?!" As though me being there was a huge inconvenience. I asked him if he was always rude to people like that and he snapped back and asked me if I was. I walked out and then came back to ask him for a managers number and his name which I think was a fake name because he paused then I left. Went to the other one on Rangeline and they were very polite and helpful.
